Non-delivery & no contact
I ordered from them a couple of times, a couple of years ago and it was fantastic. Made an order over a month ago and they are not answering my emails over non-delivery. I got sent a tracking email, but it hasn't even arrived at the courier. I am out of pocket by £25. It just doesn't feel like the same company. No social media posts since November so that is ringing alarm bells too.
