Ben and his team have been incredibly accomodating given our project has vastly overrun. We initially were unclear on our requirements and they helped us understand what we could have installed without having a set agenda of what they would always install, and helped us to look at phases to make things more affordable at different times in the build.

The engineers that came to site we're very hard working and courteous, always tidying up after them and being respectful of our home.

We would and have recommended them to others, and would advise talking to them as early as possible in the design phases to make sure your electricians can also understand your requirements

Having been on the receiving end of appalling customer service/workmanship from my prior AV installer, I was reluctant to engage with another provider. However, much to my surprise Ben has been excellent and exceeded expectations. The quality of work has been excellent and he has provided sound advice to ensure that the system is optimal. I would recommend Ben to anyone – there are a number of installers that pretend to understand the needs of customers and the capabilities of AV systems, but I did not find that with Ben and his team.

Ben and his team have been amazing through a few home projects. From advising on, and installation of, ways to make our garage conversion even more 'accessible' for our disabled child (they had a great eye for what would work best for her) to our more recent complete over haul of security cameras and wifi system. Ben helped to move we tech challenged people into this century with access to the cameras on our phones etc etc. Wonderful team to work with!

Ben did a great job at explaining the various options available up front when we started our renovation project. He then produced an initial mid level design, allowing us to then tweak things up or down in various areas to meet our specific needs. He provided great advice, backed up by solid reasoning, as to why a certain system or feature should be included or not.

Throughout our project Ben and his team were helpful, responsive, proactive, punctual and highly professional. I can't recommend AURA Home Tech and Ben highly enough.

We are delighted with the service that we received from Aura Home Tech. They came highly recommended from friends and we were not disappointed! The key for us was their communication and flexibility. We felt supported throughout our project and if at any stage we were unsure of something or when we wanted to tweak our requirements all options were clearly explained and site visits were able to be arranged at relatively short notice.

We will definately be getting Aura Home Tech back in when we are undertaking our next project!
