I love the jumpsuit I recently ordered from Aura - I received so many compliments. It was a terrific packing piece for a recent vacation that can be dressed up or down. My customer service experience has also been excellent

I have at least five Aurathelabel dresses. They are all beautiful and versatile. When I learned of the brand I was obsessed. They can be cool casual or dressy. I continue to visit the site to see what’s new. I now have my eye on a new dress which I intend on purchasing.

I like everything I have purchased. I feel the price is good and the fit is flattering.

I have several pieces from aura. All are very beautiful and I've received many compliments! The only downside is the return policy. I wish they could just refund the money instead of giving store credit. I returned an item as it had a hole in it ( very rare occasion) they usually have good quality items. They rejected my return. Im not sure what will happen next. Still waiting on a reply from them. I would give them five stars but for this incident only four.

I have been very pleased with my experience with Aura. The quality is great. I also had to swap to a smaller size and that was easy.

I absolutely love my jumpsuit. Beautiful and amazing quality. I get so many compliments on it every time I wear it. Classic jumpsuit that can be dressed up or down. Does run a little big so I sized down one. Love and highly recommend.

I live in America and I was worried it would be a hassle to order from Australia. But it was so easy! I loved the Milan top and the Roma shorts but the Monaco pants were too large - so I exchanged them and it was super easy to download the exchange mailing label to do my return. The shipping is a little slow but I wasn't in a hurry and it's packaged so beautifully and is the softest linen - I absolutely love my purchases and will order the same thing in black (I got white and oatmeal). Customer service was great - I emailed them about the return process. It's a bit pricey - but worth it because of the quality - and these pieces are classics. I'll wear them forever.

I'm a huge fan of Aura. I've ordered multiple dresses, a top, and a romper over the past two years and have loved all of them. Everything is great quality and fits true-to-size (in a comfy, loose, oversized way). I'll always come back to Aura when a need a chic, effortless, cool outfit!

Their clothes are so pretty. I own several dresses and shirts. I feel great in their clothes and think the fabrics are just so pretty. I always get compliments when I’m wearing Aura. Their pieces are staples for me.

I love the pieces that fit bit sizing is hard to figure out o line. The jewelry is beautiful and hoping aura will replace my necklace that broke upon arrival. Such elegance.

I really love the look of Aura’s clothe’s aesthetic, very easy and comfortable boho European vibe, customer service that I have experienced was totally fine and helpful. Also here’s a tip - I changed delivery preferences so signature wasn’t required which made deliveries faster, good quality and unique pieces, I would recommend!

Not worth the risk. No returns, only credit, and if you are in the EU you will be charged 50-60% of the price in customs fee. Example: I owed 70 euro in customs for 1 item. Aura assumes no customer help. To be fair, they note this on the Shipping Info part of the website, I'm mentioning it here too since these are uncommon practices that customers might not realize. Nowadays, customers expect better customer service than credit-only and extra shipping costs.

I bought a dress and returned it because it fit poorly and was not very well made. I could only get store credit, even though I was prompt and it was never worn. I ordered a replacement dress, it seemed fine so I cut the paper labels off, but when I put on to wear out, I could not keep it from falling off my boobs. I reached to Aura and they would not allow me to return. Poor fitting clothes, poor construction, abysmal customer service.

I had an allergic reaction to their clothing. I emailed them several times (they do not have a phone number only email). I I have not received an answer. I don't believe this company to be honest and would avoid purchasing from them at all costs.

I'm obsessed with Aura's linen co-ords! They're staples in my closet! I love the quality, their color palette always looks great, and the styles are minimal and very instagrammable! Shipping was fast too!

I bought the Andaman red dress. Took weeks to arrive. The dress wasn’t what I was expecting; material was thin and the upper part was a bit tight. I couldn’t return, but only exchange. So I sent the item back early July, and emailed the company, and no reply until now. I don’t know what is happening, but it shouldn’t be this hard to give a customer any information.
