And even removed the photo of the add as it showed parts which were missing the item was missing parts and doesn’t work at all cowboy auctioneers shame it only let me go forward if I pressed 1 star as I wouldn’t give any !! shocking in my opinion shouldn’t be allowed to auction
Do not part with your hard earned money…
Do not part with your hard earned money to this bunch of charlatans.
Twice now I have purchased broken/faulty goods from this alleged auction house.
They will not refund you so dont expect to get any recompence.
I dont know how this operation can legally trade and be above board.
Any way people do yourselves a favour and treat them like a venereal disease.
Bunch of crooks
Bunch of crooks. Sold me a fake Phillips counterfeit usb memory stick. Completely useless and refused to refund my money. Don't go anywhere near them. They are a disgrace. Will report them to The Trading Standards Department and to The Office of Fair Trading and hope they will get a very heavy fine.
Avoid
Avoid! What they sell is not even customer return it's just rubbish you would normally put in the bin. I've bought 2 printer inks. 2x black and colour. First one arrived with empty black cartridge and half of colour one and second one arrived without black cartridge and broken used colour one. They are just a joke not a professional auctioneer.
Avoid these scam bags at any cost!!!
I had an awful experience with this company. They sent my winning item, worth about £200, to the wrong address – an address where it is impossible for me to claim the package. When I reached out to them to ask for a solution, they refused to take any responsibility for their mistake.
Despite it being entirely their fault for sending the item to the wrong address, all I got was a dismissive response: "We are really sorry, but we cannot do anything about that, because the item was shipped." This level of unprofessionalism and lack of care for their customers is completely unacceptable.
I will do everything I can to warn others about my experience with this company. They are untrustworthy and clearly do not value their customers. Strongly advise everyone to avoid them!
Bought a computer mouse
Bought a computer mouse. When arrived the light at the base that detects movement against the mousepad was not working so the mouse could not move the pointer on the screen/ Not good.

Item was photo of a sealed pack of HP…
Item was photo of a sealed pack of HP printer ink what was received was an open used/empty ink cartridge. When phoned to complain was basically told 'tough'.
Do NOT trust their photos or this auctioneer!
Reselling items from the tip
They falsely advertise using photos of new items, but sell used, broken items, likely fished out a skip or local tip and then hide behind the unchecked clause. Avoid this company.
ALL APPLE WATCH LOCKED TO PREVIOUS OWNER! WATCH OUT!
Wish l have read the reviews! I bought Apple watch brand new but locked to the previous owner. I emailed Anna as l was disappointed because this is fraud and cheating customer. Why not say it is 'LOCK' instead of tested and working. I have not received any reply yet. It's not right to scam customer when the economy is hard as it is.
Bad experience, do not buy Apple Watch
Please do not buy items especially Apple Watch from this company. It will come nearly new but locked to the previous owner. You will end up with a product that you cannot use, Apple will not unlock it and the company does not accept a return.
Bought an Apple Watch
Bought an Apple Watch. It is locked to the previous owner and is useless. Asked them to get in contact with the previous owner to remove it but they just refer you to their terms and conditions. Waste of money and time. Don’t bother

Absolute garbage and rip off, scammers!
Absolute garbage and rip off. They sell products that should end up in the bin and make extortionate profits from crap you wouldn't even touch if it was laying on a pavement. AVOID!!!
Avoid this company!
Avoid this company!
The majority of the items I bought from them are damaged, not working, or missing parts. The staff they are selling must be considered rubbish, however, they are making money on it.
Shame on them.
This auction house is a fraud
This auction house is a fraud. Amazingly they state tested on working goods and for non working good look at their t&c where it is defending selling broken goods. Don’t bother with this auction house as you will be lumbered with broken and useless goods. Will not be doing business with this company again
Lost Lot
After winning a bid, I was informed that they “had lost the item(s)” Reading previous reviews that have had the same experience, I find it incredulous that a auction room can lose anything. The items are logged for preparation for a sale. It then is photographed and recorded, allocated a lot number (sticker?) which is then listed for the auctioneer to be able to describe the item with other info like reserve prices. Most lots will have been placed on shelves eg, in the same sequence as they are sold. If the lot cannot be found, then it hasn’t been lost, it has been stolen! Or, do friends of the auction house use it like a supermarket, and then, with a “back hander” find they have a “wonderful cheap item?”
I have been buying from this company…
I have been buying from this company for a while I know the game and I know when I've been duped! When they list auctions they do remind you that you are buying returned good which is fair enough BUT when they say they are unchecked that is hogwash! they take photos of the item and the one I had delivered had a badly cracked and holed top on it (Sandwich Toaster) Now if I'd seen this damage there is no way I would have bought it. I didn't see it because they HID IT. They photographed every angle but the damaged one! This is NOT a case of unchecked this is blatantly dishonest selling, I will pursue them through the courts to make a point if only to make them think twice about this sharp practise they are using. They also regularly label auction items as CRACKED when they are damaged but this one was not.
Please feel free to look at their feedback on Ebay! Username is techstore-uk
This explodes the myth that all their stock is unchecked by the way!
I have used this auction house on many…
I have used this auction house on many occasions and have won some real bargains. I have read the bad reviews and what they don’t understand is this is an auction where goods are customer returns or used, read the terms and conditions and before bidding ask for an assessment of the item, then you can’t go wrong.
Today I have again received fabulous customer service from Anna, always professional and competent. Thank you
