I never received my item and have sent multiple emails/DMs/texts to various addresses with you guys and have not heard back. Its been over 2 weeks since I ordered, and although I received a shipping email, I never received it. When I look at the UPS tracking number that was given in the shipment email, it tells me that the shipping label was created, but the package itself has yet to be taken to the UPS store. I’m frustrated because I leave for vacation in 6 days and I ordered it way ahead of time to ensure I could take it with me. I am also super frustrated that I can’t seem to get a response from email, Instagram DM, or your SMS texting service… all of which have been suggested avenues for help on an order. Could I please get either a refund or information on when I will get the item?

The swimsuits fit smaller than expected but Aurelle included a free gift which I appreciated!!

Great Quality, Fast shipping, and amazing deals

It has been over two weeks since I ordered and I have not got shipping information, by looking at the Instagram page it seems many people have had this similar issue. I deserve a refund if I do not get my suits in a timely manner.

Ups has not received package. No recent tracking updates. Assumed to be arriving much later than projected.

I have not received my order yet. I have texted through Instagram DMs and Instagram comments and I still don’t get a response.

I don’t normally write reviews but this shop definitely deserves some love. I was extremely impressed with the quality of bathing suits and the order was packaged beautifully. You can tell they put a lot of time and thought in their materials and presentation. Everything was neatly wrapped and they even included free stickers and free gifts. The bathing suits themselves were true to size but as a curvy girl if you want a little bit more stretch I would suggest a size up. The colors were also beautiful in person too. Overall, I loved everything and will definitely be ordering again!!

I still have NOT received my product after almost 3 week.

Incredible customer service for one. The order came super fast and everything was exactly as pictured. The suits are super flattering and comfortable. I got a few extra surprise gifts as well that I loved! Definitely worth the purchase!! 😍🥰

I am SO FREAKING OBSESSED with Aurelle. I was out onto them by ig@ileenbajo. I saw on the bag “free gift” and was expecting a little pin or sticker, something cute but they sent A WHOLE FREAKING BIKINI! I’m so obsessed, told all my friends!

This was my first time buying a swimsuit online and Aurelle Swimwear really came through! Adorable colours, fits well and great quality. Shipping was super fast and the customer service reps are so kind. 10/10!

I love all the swimmies I’ve gotten from here! I placed my 3rd order with them and couldn’t be happier. The price for the quality is amazing. In my last order they gave me a suit and an extra matching bottom as a free gift! I am definitely set for the summer!

I bought a few bathing suits. Wanted to return a couple because they didn’t fit. I did everything they asked including keeping everything in original packaging and tags on but did not get any responses from them. I emailed them 3 times including the very day I got them in the mail! Worst customer experience EVER!!! Do NOT order from them!

Their products are amazing quality and at a reasonable price. They constantly have amazing sales and they even had thrown a few surprise items in my order!
