Run around!

First off there is NO LOGIN account so you can CANCEL the AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION! I haven’t used it yet and emailed the company about cancellation and they keep giving me the run around about discounts and step by step instructions… I just WANT it NOT to charge me!!

I bought this product not realising you…

I bought this product not realising you are automatically signed up for subscription. I challenged this via email, and have the email stating we will take no further payments. Today, guess what? They took another payment. I have emailed again as so mad that they did not follow my request to not have a monthly subscription.
If I had known they used these tactics to deceive customers, I would never have ordered.
Please send me my money back and remove my details, if not I will escalate to the appropriate legal services.

Do not trust this company

Ordered can tried to cancel 10 minutes later, because I was afraid to try it on my sensitive skin. When I tried to cancel the told me it was too late. When I received the package I tried it of course I had a break out, when asked for refund 2 days latter I get an email unused only. How do I know I can’t was it if I don’t try it? I ordered it off their web site I paid $40.00 then I start getting emails for $20.00. They said they cancel my subscription but no refund. Do not trust this company! Can’t trust them!

SCAM- IMPOSSIBLE TO GET OUT OF SUBSCRIPTION

Ordered thinking it was a one time order, once I saw it was a subscription, I tried to cancel before the first order was shipped. That one was cancelled, but then the next month, the billed me and tried to ship again. I have been emailing them (only contact information available) for 2 weeks now, did a chargeback on my CC for them, and am at the point that I may need to update my CC because they still have not stated they closed my subscription. This is a SCAM, DO NOT ORDER.

Honestly terrible product and TERRIBLE…

Honestly terrible product and TERRIBLE customer service. I have returned items to them paying out of my own pocket and have yet to have confirmation they have received them. I feel they are using the PCOS community to market their products when it does not work!!!
I also accidentally signed up to a subscription and trying to get out of it has been a nightmare!!!

Don’t even bother

I wouldn’t normally leave a review, but I felt blindsided by this company. They made a Facebook post that really appealed to me as someone who has PCOS, like they had this wonderful product. Unfortunately all their reviews were good, which should have alerted me to a problem. When I ordered the hair removal kit, I didn’t notice the little box above add to cart button, that automatically signs up for a subscription not until I read reviews on this website. I had to send four or five emails until they unsubscribed me from the hair removal kit subscription, in that time though they tried to charge me for the next lot. I also feel that they wouldn’t have done anything if I didn’t say I would take action and report them to the ACCC.

DO NOT buy from this company. Complete scam and horrible business management. It is a scam, once you buy and get the subscription you will not be able to get out of it. I have reached out to their support team to cancel for over two months.

Refused to cancel my subscription or refund the money they took

They did not cancel my subscription. They then charged me without my knowledge or permission and refused to refund it. Ridiculous customer service, stay away!
The product is not worth it.

Signs you up for auto subscriptions I have 6boxes of this that does not work. Now message 4 times to request return address. Are they in China or Leeds who knows.

Not impressed with the product and have received the worst customer service experience. I have requested multiple times to cancel my subscription and all 4 times have been denied and billed. This is a horrible company that scams ppl!

If I could give negative stars I would

If I could give negative stars I would. It doesn't work at all. I even left the hair removal cream on way longer than it was suggested to do so. I am 53 years old, and was so hoping once and for all to have one morning not having to shave my face. These scam companies sure know how to get into our heads with our insecurities.DO NOT by any means buy the Aurlux facial hair remover.

Do not purchase Awful company

Thought I’d give it a go so press for one off purchase but was automatically signed up for subscription. When you try to cancel you can’t! It says they will send you an email to log on to your account but you never get the email. I emailed their support team and got email after email of drivel as to why I should stay. The last one wanted to know how they could help me! They just won’t cancel. Reported to the bank as they have my card details. Awful company

This is the worst hair removal product…

This is the worst hair removal product I have ever used. Not one hair came out and all it did was burn my skin and leave it red for days. The disappointing thing is that this company says that they are the answer for women with unwanted PCOS hair and that is so untrue. They give you hope that their product will solve the hair growth problem. Everything about this product is a lie. The soothing and softening gel does nothing, the hair removal cream smells exactly like Nair hair removal cream and doesn’t remove a single hair and the hydrating lotion just irritates the skin more. I am so disappointed that I trusted another scam company. Too many of them around these days. No contact in regards to the 60 day money back trial. I dare say that the money I have spent is long gone ☹️ DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!!

What a load of 💩!!!

I got this on a buy one get one free deal, what a load of nonsense. I have PCOS and the plucking and waxing typically will last a couple days before hair comes back, I used this product for the first time and left it on for the recommended time, it barely removed anything, second time left it on for double the recommended time, again it removed barely anything, and whats worse the following morning there was stubble from what had been removed, the hair that was not so noticeable is now very visible. I would go as far as saying this actually made the hair growth darker and thicker. Do Not Waste Your Money.

Absolute SCAM do not buy!!

Absolute SCAM! Miss sold the product that doesn’t work. Emailed to cancel my subscription and cancel the next order which they haven’t and refusing to. They keep emailing to say do I wish to still cancel even though I have emailed multiple times saying I want to cancel!

This compamy is scamming people out of their money. They trick you into a subscription then continue to take money out out your bank account. You cant cancel it even when they say you can. Ive had money taken out of my bank account twice despite asking them not to. They dont reply to your emails either. Its a total SCAM. DONT GET TRICKED INTO THIS.

DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT!! false advertising saying that it’s for sensitive skin I left this product on my face for the recommended time and it left me burnt! My face was on fire and incredibly painful as soon as I removed the product!! They state that it has no smell but it absolutely does smell! Just like other hair removal brands! I have spent the week since using this product with red patches and sore burns on my face. I have emailed them twice about getting a refund and have not heard back at all! I will be reporting them to trading standards for their false advertising and lack of communication whilst trying to obtain a refund. Stay away from this so called brand! Disgusted isn’t the word.
