I use the brush once or twice a week. Daily is too much for me. But when I use it my skin feels fresh.

What I like about the trilogy kit is that it feels like a routine not a rush job. I didnt feel like I was attacking my skin. Everything felt gentle. My confidence is slowly coming back.

This product DID NOT WORK!removed ZERO HAIR! I want my money back! It smells and removed nothing.

Awful product
Deposit promising a "gentle" product that won't burn/sting ect, having used their product I am now covered in chemical burns, and even worse... The hair is still there! They state that they have a money back guarantee and yet, having contacted them to explain my experience, I was refused this without paying out of pocket to return my unused ones as I stupidly bought a multipack. Do not trust this company, their customer service or the product itself!

Works but Too Strong
I ordered Arlux for the New Year,I wanted to get rid of stubborn facial hair due to PCOS. I received it finally after a weeks long postal delay but nonetheless I was happy to try it out. It was very effective and painless as advertised. I will admit that and I commend that the product isn't painful. After about 8 mins I wiped my face but I immediately had painful Red patches of my skin that were Chemically Burned Off. Maybe I kept it on too long or maybe it was just Too Strong for my Very Sensitive skin. Either way it did work but I'm going to just use a Little bit Sparingly in the future for just about 4-5 mins Tops, If At All !👌🏾

Total scam from start to finish.
I waited weeks for the product after being given repeated false delivery promises. When it finally arrived, it didn’t work at all, just as many other reviewers have reported.
What’s alarming is how a product with no credible medical trials can make such bold claims. Their Facebook ads clearly show how consumers are being misled and sucked in by marketing rather than evidence.
Even more suspicious is the review pattern: many of the one-star “defensive” reviews appear to come from accounts that have never reviewed anything before. It’s highly questionable that this would be their very first review, which makes it seem like these reviewers may simply be trying to prop up Aurlux’s rating.
Overall, misleading advertising, poor service, and a product that doesn’t deliver. Avoid.

I am not interested in receiving a generic, automated response. If that is all you intend to provide, please consider this notice that I will be escalating my complaint.
After reviewing your product and your company’s conduct, I find it deeply troubling that a business with an overwhelming number of one-star reviews continues to make claims that are not supported by credible evidence. A significant proportion of customers report no benefit whatsoever — many stating they would rate the product zero stars if that were possible.
What I find particularly appalling is that your marketing appears to deliberately target individuals with PCOS , people who are often desperate for relief while navigating an already distressing medical condition. To promote a product using claims that are misleading, exaggerated, or simply untrue in this context is unethical at best and exploitative at worst.
If these claims cannot be substantiated, they may constitute false or misleading advertising. Should sufficient complaints be raised with Trading Standards, your marketing practices may be investigated and potentially shut down.

I would give this POS product negative…
I would give this POS product negative 0 if I could. They are taking advantage of women who have battled with PCOS and selling a product that they know does not work. All it did was make my face burn and stink.

I would have given this 0 stars if it…
I would have given this 0 stars if it had been an option. This is a total scam! I received the product and was excited to try it because it promised hair removal without pain or burning. There was no pain or burning, no hair removal either. I ended up shaving, again. I tried it a second time leaving on the removal cream a little longer with the same results. Then I discovered that when I ordered the 3 month supply that was on sale, they also signed me up for a monthly subscription. I wasn't able to stop it on time and paid for another 3 month supply of a product that is useless. The only thing I will give them credit for is the moisturizer left my skin feeling nice.
Do NOT recommend.
The product is awful! I have PCOS. The product works exactly like Nair or Veet. I put it on for the maximum time and it didn’t get rid of the really coarse hair. It worked well for the peach fuzz though. My face burned for a few hours after and was red. My face didn’t feel smooth after using. It felt stubbly. By the next morning, I had hair growing out that you could see and my face felt really stubbly. The growth inhibiting oil did not slow growth down. They claim to have a 60 day refund policy, BUT be warned you cannot get a full refund if you open the product. How can you test it out if you can’t open it and try it? All other health and beauty items that have that type of guarantee allow people to return open items. I have done it with a couple items in the past. So I’m extremely disappointed that I could only get a 50% refund and not a full refund. Their emails make it sound like you can test it out and get a FULL refund if not satisfied. Here is the excerpt from one of their emails they sent me: “P.S. You have 60 days to prove to test Aurlux performance against expensive laser sessions. If your skin isn't smoother and your regrowth isn't visibly slower, we'll refund every penny. No questions asked.” The only positive thing I have to say is the support person was kind and they issued a refund immediately even though it was only 50% and not the full 100% because I had used the products to try them!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. DOES NOT WORK. They put you in a subscription and when you try to cancel the subscription they refuse to do it. You try to send the subscription link to your email but never get it. Then they send out the next order that you didn't approve and tried to cancel to tell you that you can return if you pay for return shipping. Then they tell you they will refund both orders at 50% with their no hassle return option, only to refund only one of them. When you ask about why the other one didn't get refunded they inform you that they can only do a 20% refund on the product after 60 days. When yesterday, when they were supposed to be doing the refund it was 59 days.
***Edit to add that I was already talking to their customer service email and that’s where the experience I have from them came from. They refused to help at their customer service and that’s why I came here to share that experience so no one else has to deal with it.

Product doesn’t work - waste of time
Product doesn’t work. Did patch test and then followed with full 3 step treatment and not a single hair was removed. It smells like veet despite it claiming online to have a nice fragrance. Cancelled subscription online and emailed to confirm and requested return and refund of unopened products… awaiting a response.

Does not work. Bought from website and followed instructions. No hair came off whatsoever. Waste of money. All it left me with is a red still hairy face. I would not recommend this in the slightest.

Terrible product, terrible service
Product does not remove anything but light peach fuzz and is patchy doing that. They advertise a 60 day money back guarantee, yet refuse to honor it. They will not refund if you open the product. And only offer 20% or 50% (depending on how many emails you send them) - calling it "goodwill" without returning the product.
The login to your account link DOES NOT work. So cancelling a subscription takes a lot of effort as they are slow to respond to emails (if they do at all).

Huge scam
Huge scam. First of all they automatically signed me up for a subscription which I didn’t want. The product didn’t work. Supposedly they had a refund policy if customer was unsatisfied. I could never get a reply on how to proceed. Everytime I tried to log in and cancel my subscription, it required a link. The link never came no matter how many times i requested it. Nobody answered the phone. Emails would be bounced back. I ended up changing CC’s to try and get them off. Discover still allowed them to bill my new one! I had to call them and block their payment, do a chargeback, and now I have complained to the BBB because I want all my money back. Not just one month. This company is a huge scam. Don’t do business with them!

Awful product and awful customer service
I bought the product to try it out and it’s not great. Basically like Veet and made me stubbly afterwards. I noticed that they automatically set you up with a subscription which I immediately cancelled. A couple of months later I receive an email notification of my order. I emailed their customer services and said I want to cancel - I didn’t place this order and I had cancelled the subscription already. I went to check my account but their website wouldn’t let me manage my subscription (you have to request an email link but every time I did, the email never arrived). No one responded to my email either and then I received an email saying the product was on its way and I was charged to my card. I contacted my credit card company to raise a dispute and then customer services at Aurlux got back to me saying I could return it as long as the packaging was not tampered with. However, despite this being the error of Aurlux, they still made me pay to return it and they wouldn’t refund me for this. Avoid this company!
