I have just spoken to Charles. He acknowledged the poor communication and gave plausible reasons. We agreed I would arrange to visit the premises and storage facilities, and explore options of either delivering the coins to myself or opening a private safety deposit box.

*I am very concerned. I made a significant investment into gold coins. Initially very good contact but since Nov '25 they have been dragging their feet, not delivering updates as I requested. Since January '26 The Company seem to have vanished. They do not reply to my e-mails or Telephone calls. Mick

In September 2023 Chris Hope of Aurum Bullion PLC sold my stepfather two gold coins for which he charged my stepfather £10,000. These same gold coins are currently for sale from the Royal Mint at £3290 each or an aggregate of £6580. The increase in the gold price from September 2023 is approximately 65%. My stepfather was an 83 year old vulnerable adult with a degree of dementia owing to Parkinson's disease. I leave the reader to draw his or her own conclusion about the business practices of this company.

"GOLD COINS" Are NOT an investment . Try and sell them. You will not get back 50% of your money.Do not listen to B/S from the sellers. I have just listened to 20 minutes of total B/S and waffel. These reviews are very suspicious.

I was interested in securing a gold coin investment and took the time to undertake due diligence on this firm and couldn’t get a credit rating and their accounts show a loss and zero assets. How can that be wrong to state a fact .. if I am looking at the wrong company show me and I will buy if due diligence stacks up .. they replied but still none the wiser on this firms credit worthiness and liquidity. In other words they are loss making with zero credit rating. And yes, I know how gold coin investments work. I have some £18 Million under various investments in blocks of £250k and last year overall I made 6.8%
Update. There is nothing in my review, and they know it, that I did not request credit to buy these lumps of metal

I am new to this type of investment and was provided with thorough information to enable an informed decision. I was also able to visit the offices prior to doing so which was a positive experience. The quality of the coins are fantastic and it is a pleasure to be able to gift them to my grandchildren. I will certainly recommend Aurum Bullion and thank my account manager for their reassurance, patience and fab service.
