Really quite nice set of pots and pans

Really quite nice set of pots and pans. I got a second set after 1 year of owning them. I do notice that they have little abrasions on the surface of the pots where the calcium from the calcium from the water sticks to them.

I love the silicone handles, which provide just enough heat protection from our gas stove. The pour through lids work well and the removable handles (after getting one replacement) are working great.

I am concerned about the scratches though but for the time being we are monitoring it and only if it gets worse will be stop using them.

Fantastic post sale support

I purchased through Ausker’s Indiegogo campaign and while I was told it’d take several weeks to get my pot and pan set, I received all items within two weeks. Further, one of the removable handles broke a few months after use, and when I wrote them about the issue, I was pleased to learn that they’d exchange the handle free of costs and hassles to me; the service was outstanding.

The problem you are reporting is not common at all because our removable bakelite handles have been tested during many months to resist the intensive every-day use. Please contact as soon as possible our customer service, by writing to info@ausker.com, and we will provide you the assistance you need.
About the silicone handles, I must tell you that aluminum is a too good conductor and the handles will become hot no matter how thick the silicone handles are. For this reason, we specify in the paper instruction that silicone handles do not guarantee a safe grip with bare hands after cooking and we recommend always to pay attention and use heat-resistant holders or wear gloves. Moreover, we designed and tested our silicone handles to be comfortable and ergonomic and to guarantee an easy cleaning and a stable grip. I am sorry you did not appreciate our design; we tried to create a perfect combination of comfortable design and high-quality materials. Finally, about the lids, we never faced a problem like this before. Did you wash the lids in the dishwasher at high temperature? Please, once you send us the pictures of the bakelite handles, attach a photo of the glass lids that got damaged. Our production department will try to understand what happened to them and our customer service will help you to solve this annoying issue. It will be our pleasure to help you!

Please accept our sincerest apologies. For what I can see in our database, you did not contact us reporting this problem. We would have solved the inconvenience by immediately sent you a replacement item at our own expense. About the heating time, I must tell you that the performances of the pots set and the capacity to heat up can be very different according to the kind of stove you have. Could you please tell me which type of stove you use (gas, electric, induction, ceramic, etc..)? For the bottom of our cookware, we coupled, with our high-quality Aluminium Body, an exclusive and thick reinforced stainless steel bottom. It will grant a fast heat distribution, allowing our Pot Set to cook with gas, ceramic, induction, electric or any other cooking technology. Moreover, it will spread heat much more evenly allowing you to have more control over your food and it will remain hot for a long time.

this is the worst non-stick product

this is the worst non-stick product. I the surface requires more oil in cooking then another competing product available on the market. This was a very bad investment for me.

I am sorry and surprised about the problem you experienced with our products. For our coating, we have chosen to team up with the top quality Swiss brand ILAG, offering the highest quality of the nonstick coating. We have chosen the Granitec technology for each of our pans and pots. This consists of a five-layer nonstick coating, reinforced by ceramic scratch proof particles that are able to endure any intense use. This means that for its high quality, our non-stick coating does not require more oil in cooking than another competing product on the market. We tested our coating for many months and we compared it to the non-stick coating of many other famous brands, with excellent performances.
Actually, because of its multi-layered system and the ceramic reinforcement, we guarantee a long lifetime and the best abrasion and corrosion resistance. I don't know if you season the cookware to preserve its durability. In our paper instruction, we recommend our customers to season periodically all their cookware rubbing a small quantity of a high smoke point oil (olive, peanut, rice...) with a gentle paper towel. I hope this information can be useful for you.

Best cookware I’ve ever purchased!

I bought the whole set quite some time ago but I seem to use the small skillet more than anything. I use it 5-6 days a week making breakfast for my husband. The finish is still like new! Nothing sticks! It’s perfect!

It's a great set

It's a great set, but the only thing is the lid is not really working properly when you're trying to drain, sometime it slips and everything falls right directly to the sink. The silicon for handle of the pot is hard to put specially when it's hot, at the silicon gets pretty hot too. Regardless, it's a great product and I love using it. I just hope that they would fix it.

Love Them!!!

My wife and I have purchased many different types of pots and this one is by far the best we have, so much so that we boxed up all the rest in exception of one 12" frying pan with lid which we have been asking Ausker to make but no respond to that as yet.

Claiming to be an expert of something they know nothing about.

Good morning I was a kick starter customer I was not pleased when I received broken/damaged goods and then when I had to write to them to explain that I had received new products that were already on usable I was questioned even though I sent pictures with clear explanations of what was wrong. This went on and on and it was very frustrating especially since they were already aware of some of the problems. I believe that it was very poor business etiquette and horrible customer service. If you say “we are experts due to all the background and severe testing “Thing you should not have to be taught a thing or two about the product that you’re selling by a customer. It was very sad to have to explain basic math geometry and Math to someone whom is saying that they are highly educated in the product they are creating and selling.
