If I could give a zero I would
If I could give a zero I would! Terrible company, not Australian as they portray to be but it’s a Chinese company. The headphones I purchased for $60 are cheap plastic ones that look like dress up toys that you could buy from a $2 shop. When I emailed wanting to return them, I was sent a form and advised at my cost they needed to be sent to China. Clearly the cost to send these back is the deterrent the company is hoping for..
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I want to give this Fake site a MINUS…
I want to give this Fake site a MINUS rating!!!
Aussie Wear- Sydney- is FAKE and a scam.
Just like many others I didn't check and have been scammed (exactly the same as many others) with very poor quality and no refund.
Stay away from Aussie Wear, it is a China based scam.
Scam site!
Scam site!! Do not buy. Reviews are all fake put on there by themselves. Reported to ACCC. Bras arrive poorly made and bad quality. I seem to get sucked in. Won’t be buying anything off FB advertising again. Lesson learned. I don’t know why FB don’t filter out these china crap sites!!!!
NOT AUSSIE AVOID BUYING FROM THEM - IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN
Purchased 2 sports bras advertised as super high comfort, style and quality. The bras are actually terrible. Not sports performance at all, could not be used for exercise at all, and the fabric sounded like it was old when stretched as it made sounds of fibres snapping when stretched slightly to test the recovery (not overstretched either) I picked this company thinking they were in Sydney Australia as they lead me to believe on their site "Aussie-Wear Sydney" is their logo! when I received tracking information I saw it was coming from a courier in China!!!! Sadly it was then I checked their site fully, contacts page doesn't show it, about us neither only returns page... it comes directly from china - drop shipper. When I received the order and seen the terrible quality, I asked for a refund, I was directed to send back to China to an address that is so convoluted it doesn't actually make it back to get your refund. This is what I was given:-
Liu Changxing
No 2 Freight elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor, upstairs, Yuantong Express, No 409, ,Suxi Yiwu Town
Zip code: 310000
Province: Zhejiang
State: Zhejiang
Country: China
Countless others have said it just sits in customs and the company refuse to do anything about that, you have to pay more...customs +freight and then don't get a refund. Deliberately done it seems so you can't get a refund. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Aussie Wear website is a fake and scam
Aussie Wear website is a fake and scam. I also ordered sports bras which they advertise as SheFit . They are exactly as others described. I lost $119 I cannot contact them for a refund as their email address doesn’t work. Absolute scammers !!
NOT AUSTRALIAN - RIP OFFS
Do not purchase anything through Aussie-Wear. They are not based in Australia the items come from China. The quality is terrible. When you ask for a refund you are given a very very odd address to send items back to such as NO 2, Freight elevator on the west side of the third floor, upstairs, Yuantong Expree, YINU TOWN, Zhejiang. etc etc...
Then when the item sits in customs for a week, they tell you, you have to contact Customs. However, Customs contact them and they need to fill in forms.
The reviews they used for Trustpilot were fraudulent.
They are no longer responding to Pay Pal Either.
Don't loose your money.
Rubbish
Rubbish. Scammed. Definitely not what the video shows. Zip comes down all the time. Straps twist. Absolutely crap. Reviews on their website are fake. No refund offered.
TERRIBLE CLOTHS . This is the same company as NOBU-LONDON…
This is the same company as NOBU-LONDON.COM, MONIKHUAS.DE. BAVALY-AMSTERDAM.COM NAOMARI-MELBOURNE.COM VELOCI-LONDON.COM and is at the same address. VERY bad quality clothing. If you want to return items all you get is a continuous BOT email offering you discounts. I shall pay to return items but beware NEVER deal with this company. Terrible.
Ordered 2 of the sports bra's
Ordered 2 of the sports bra's. The material is scratchy and not comfy at all. The clip where the strap meets the cup is so flimsy it constantly keeps tipping to a side. Not as easy as it looks to adjust. Postage is reasonable, from order to arrival was 2 weeks. Overal, there on sale for a reason. Thank god it was only $60 down the drain for me. Usually 1 is that price. Obviously they dont post the poor ratings as their website shows so many positive reviews.
Scam website
Just like the last 2 reviewers. This website is a total scam.
They have reviews of 4 star and above listed on their website from Trust pilot, which I now know are fake.
The item I ordered is no where near similar to what is advertised. They advertise it as a leather bag, it is not. Please don't waste your money. Their website shows they are located in Sydney, but the item was delivered from China and the return details are also in China.
The advertising images used on their website are stolen from other businesses that make the original items. The products are poorly made, smell like toxic plastic.
Their customer service refuse to offer a refund even after I have sent them their pictures of the item on their website and the description and then pictures of the item I received.
They keep referring me to their return policy which says they do not offer free returns. The only factual statement on their website which they are choosing to stick to.
I have made contact with my bank and the relevant authorities, to try and get this website removed to avoid any further people being scammed.
I purchased 2 Aussie-wear bras
I purchased 2 Aussie-wear bras. What a big waste of money.the bit of plastic that holds the straps to the cup is so cheap and flimsy keeps turning on a angle and you have to try to adjust straps from underneath when in video I watched the adjustable straps we’re pulled up from the front which would be so much easier. Please don’t make the same mistake I made in buying these bras😡
Ordered the so called viral headphones
Ordered the so called viral headphones. I’ve seen better quality products at the discount store for cheaper than these scam artists advertise. I would be embarrassed to wear these in public. The voice quality is horrendous would be an understatement. The product is no where near similar to what is advertised. Even the packaging is completely different to what’s in the ad. What waste of money. I’d never buy from them again. I am thinking of taking them to court for false advertising. I know it’s less than $100 worth of products, but these scammers are scamming 100s of people if not more.
Aussie-wear is NOT quality wear
Don’t do it! Don't purchase their product! They copy video’s and pictures from the original businesses that make quality product and sell very sub-standard clothing. It will not meet your quality expectations.
I purchased 4 x sports bra’s from here because every video on their shopping, social and website were of products that looked amazing. However, they are not even the same product shown. The advertising images used are stolen from other businesses that make the original items. The products are poorly made, smell like toxic plastic when you take them out of the package, go to put them on and the stitching breaks, plastic eyelets that move so the back strap and shoulder straps twist. The Velcro adjustable straps don’t match up with the attachment and scratch the skin. Hideously uncomfortable on with a zip front that sticks out through your top and provide little support for our girls.
Also, Aussie-wear Sydney, as they advertise is actually:-
Street adress: No. 2 freight elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor, upstairs, Yuantong Express, No. 409, , Suxi Yiwu Town
Zip code: 310000
Province:Zhejiang
State: Zhejiang
Country: China
Of course, I am aware of this only after I emailed with my intention to return and asking for a refund due to my disappointment. They responded quickly (which is why I gave them 1 star,) that they are happy to refund 10% of the purchase price and I can keep the products. Or pay for the return postage with a list of terms about the condition of the items. Well two of the bra’s stitching broke when we (daughter and I,) tried on, so that won’t comply with their refund conditions. If they advertise as being an Australian business in Sydney, Melbourne etc, then a depot in Australia should be available for returns.
The bra’s are now in the bin and I’m done with Chinese cheap land fill items. Now to try to unsubscribe will no doubt be the next nightmare!
