Bad customer service
I purchased two pairs of boots, when they arrived later than promised , they were not only the incorrect sizes, but sizes that did not match those we ordered by online. Initially, I received responses to my queries about this, but have been ghosted now for over a month. If they are not scammers, they are bloody poor service providers.

placed my order for 2 sets boots 27/10/25, been waiting weeks now, when i chased them up they sent a long email explaining delays due to demand. now cannot get any response and have not received my boots.
i am thinking I've been scammed. 4th one this year. soon won't be buying anything over internet!!

I purchased two pairs of shoes and yes it did take about a month to receive them but they are very good and the customer service will help if you need them.
I’m just saying this from pure experience with this site.
All in all it often takes a month for orders to arrive from china, my guess is they are drop shipping directly from China. I’m unsure why other people have had issues with their orders.

Aussie flex boots - avoid purchases
This company advertises work/safety boots online, on Facebook and on Instagram. By all appearances it seems legitimate. I believe it is not, that it is a site and company to avoid.
I purchased a pair of boots on 24/10/25 with a guarantee of 3-5 days delivery. It is now 19/11/25 and no product received, my order is listed as 'being prepared' but Tracking information cannot be processed. An email to Customer Support 24/7 remains unanswered.
All information points to this site/business being a scam and I would advise avoiding it at all costs.
