Reporting as fraudulent to ACCC

Reporting as fraudulent to ACCC.

This Chinese business calls itself AussieLivingCo but their site refers to Novaprout.com as the parent company.

I ordered a MIST (spray) called DOCTIA. Which I bought because the package says DARK SPOT REMOVAL and WHITENING. Very clearly.

What I received is FIRMING SERUM STICK. FLYSMUS brand. NOTHING to do with whitening or dark spot removal.

This product is not even on their ShopApp site and they only have 11 products listed there which is a massive red flag.

The product is so unrecognisable I was asking why I hadn’t received it and after a bit of toing and froing worked out they had sent something totally different so took me a while to get to the bottom of it.

I have plenty of screenshot receipts.

This is FRAUDULENT and as they claim to be Australian, I will be reporting them to ACCC, need to stamp out these lying frauds.

They have offered 30% refund. Utter rubbish. Would rather warn people about them than accept that paltry excuse. This is a business model proliferating in China. Be very cautious.
