Did not receive my goods Penrith polo shirt as yet still waiting

Great quality, nice and light material, was kept updated with production and delivery.

I allegedly live in the same state as this company and I ordered and paid on the 12th Nov. Have heard nor seen any correspondence from them. Emailed a 4th time and finally got an answer to say the product will arrive between 26 Dec. No other date just between that date? What does that even mean??? They could drop it off to me if they had any idea about customer service. NEVER again.

Put order in back about 20th nov.Recievd email delivery 24.or 25th dec.Need it by 22nd presents. No tracking number. Thought this was au site.All I have is that it's been in transit.Have sent email asking for tracking number. Nothing.

The lights were not attached , very difficult to put on

I gave you this rate as I haven’t received my merch yet and it’s been two weeks and I need them for Xmas presents not a happy customer

Terrible Quality, takes weeks to come, nothing like the photos! Beware do not order from this company save your money

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I would say negative if I could do that. Absolutely terrible communication. Have been waiting. My order was confirmed a month ago and received an email that it was on its way on the 11th November- still nothing and a whole lot of promises when my items will arrive. Not one of the dates have been adhered too. Total scam - do not buy here.

I ordered the LED wall art. I received a bent up piece of metal which can’t even be put on the wall. No lights at all with it.
I contacted the company to get a replacement and they are sending me the lights separately (they’re meant to be attached) and refuse to deal with the bent decoration I’ve got until the lights have also arrived.
Complete waste of money. Customer service is non existent. Wish I’ve never bought this.

Fantastic quality of clothing and shoes I’ve received. Delivered in a timely fashion.

I thought i was buying a litten up wall art sign of the broncos logo.. What i got was a cut out metal sign and a meter of strip lighting and no idea how to make it happen. the metal logo is now on the wall and the strip light is going on a shelf

I paid for express post and it took over a week to get here

Last email I received stated my package was on it's way with a tracking number that doesn't exist in any parcel delivery service. Since then, I haven't gotten any further updates.

The hoodie is super comfortable and the embroidery is really clean. I am absolutely satisfied with this purchase and the quality of the fabric.

Shipping was very fast and the packaging protected the contents well. The product itself is fine, but the material could be a little thicker. Still a good buy for the price.
