If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
This company misled me with false advertising. Their Christmas special clearly showed a gardening chair and bag set that INCLUDED tools. What arrived not only did NOT include the tools, but also showed up about a week late.
I contacted customer service and was outright told they would not send the tools that were advertised. Even worse, they refused to issue a refund, despite their website clearly stating that “if you’re not 100% satisfied, you’ll receive a refund — no questions asked.” That promise is clearly a lie.
After that, the company simply stopped responding. They close complaint tickets without resolving anything and completely ignore follow-ups.
This is hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Misleading advertising, broken promises, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. Avoid buying anything from them — in my experience, this feels like a complete scam

Misleading and untrustworthy

I purchased two watches from aussietactix.com on 28 November for $200 AUD. The website presents itself as an Australian business, which is misleading. The products and business details do not align with what is advertised.

There are serious issues with transparency, accuracy of information, and consumer trust. Based on my experience and what I later discovered from other customer reviews, I would strongly advise others to avoid this site.

I am now pursuing this matter through my bank and Australian consumer protection channels.

🚩TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! 🚩

Fake Capacity: The drive is programmed to "tell" your computer it has 4TB, but it might only have 64GB of actual memory inside. When you go over that limit, it will start overwriting your old files, leading to permanent data loss.
Extremely Slow Speeds: While it claims to be an SSD, it may actually contain a cheap SD card or slow flash memory inside a large case, resulting in "dial-up" era transfer speeds.
High Failure Rate: These drives are often built with rejected or low-grade components that can fail entirely within weeks, taking your photos and documents with them.
