We went to look at rings and Mariana was so knowledgeable and helpful - Jean also was very friendly as soon as we walked in. Mariana was so professional but polite, kind, friendly and helpful - she made the experience buying a ring one of the easiest and the best - I would highly recommend Austen & Blake in Chester - they also called the day after booked an appointment online to check our full requirements - just great ladies and amazing & beautiful jewellery

Great Service and Quality
Had a great experience at the Shop in chester with a good Service. Staff took plenty of time to discuss various designs and explained differences. Also good hospitality with drinks offered. Very friendly and uncomplicated.
Collected the jewlerry a few weeks later wirhout any issues and with superb quality.

"Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee" beware
After being initially very impressed with Austin & Blake and the service, especially in person when we needed to change the size of my engagement ring, my recent experiences have been very poor.
The stone in my ring became lose so we went in to the Chester store to see if we could get this fixed under the Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee.
We were completely ignored by the sales person. We did not have an appointment but she was pretending she couldn't even see us when we were trying to her her attention, its a small space so very awkward. I would have at least expected her to say "sorry we are fully booked" rather than ignoring us entirely. We went in 5 times throughout the day so there is no way she was unaware we wanted help, we even waited half an hour while she had a vape break outside of the store and were still not acknowledged.
We went away and booked an appointment for another day. They took the ring and sent the ring off for repair (this process was quick and easy!) but they have come back and said it was damaged.
The ring was worn for less than 6 months and nothing usual or likely to cause damage happened - just normal daily wear.
We are now faced with an £89 charge for a service that we could have had done locally for £30. The warranty is completely meaningless and I imagine they never accept repairs under it, unless the issue is flagged within the first few days where they would legally have to anyway.
Just be aware that the "Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee" is worthless.
Really disappointed as I really like the ring and on my first visit to store thought they were extremely professional and helpful, with great insights and advice. My experiences since then have made me reluctant to recommend them.

Wonderful experience
Mariana & Georgia were both really helpful and friendly. We came back to Austin and Blake after purchasing our custom made engagement ring.

Excellent service from Georgea in Chester
We had wonderful customer service from Georgea recently in the Chester store. I was looking for a ring to replace a lost engagement and wedding ring set. It was a bitter sweet shopping trip and I wasn’t entirely sure what I was looking for however Georgea was patient and had plenty of helpful suggestions. I love the idea that the ring was made to my specific requirements making it more unique than buying off the shelf from most high street retailers and the same professional, friendly service was matched when we revisited the store to collect my gorgeous ring.
