Excellent service
Excellent service, Georgea was so helpful and friendly.
She had the ring I’d seen delivered to the shop for me to look at, then had it made to the spec I wanted… delivery of the ring was quicker than estimated. I tried it for 24 hours and took it back to be made smaller, again service was impeccable and they couldn’t be more helpful.
Would definitely recommend

We had a great experience in store. We went to choose my engagement ring and our wedding rings.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I am so happy with my rings they are absolutely beautiful.
Also had a really positive experience when I needed to have one of the rings resized again really helpful and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend.

All I can say is wow!
We previously got my engagement ring with another company - it was faulty and just awful and had to be returned. I wish I had come across Austen & Blake to start with.
The whole journey from choosing my ring to collection has been seamless and my ring is stunning! Not only was my ring delivered to store a week early, I was kept up to date and nothing was too much trouble.
I collected my ring from the lovely Georgea in Chester. Georgea was so accommodating as I moved my appointment last minute (I just couldn’t wait to collect my ring). I went into store with my toddler and both girls there were so lovely and interacted with Grace so she wasn’t bored whilst I tried my ring on and went through everything with Georgea!
It’s safe to say I will be using Austen & Blake again in the future! Thank you!

Engagement Ring
Very happy to recommend Georgea and Austen Blake Chester. I went in recently to design an engagement ring which Georgea helped me with. She made the process very easy, knowing when to offer suggestions and when to let me work through my own decisions. Very much appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and never felt rushed, even when I changed my mind several hundred times during the course of the appointment. Couldn’t recommend enough
Couldn’t recommend Austen & Blake in Chester more, I was worried about browsing engagement rings for my girlfriend as I wasn’t sure what I might want or how it all worked. Georgea at the Chester store couldn’t have been more helpful, she talked me through the whole process and was amazingly knowledgable and friendly, she made it so easy and immediately put me at ease. We went back to collect the ring and had a lovely time having a drink and a chat, the whole process was fantastic.
