I have absolutely loved the whole experience of choosing and purchasing my wedding ring at Austen & Blake.
Hannah was fantastic from beginning to end, helping me to make sure I had the perfect ring for the big day. She explained to me about the whole process of how my ring would be made and how long it would take. Her communication through emails was really good, always keeping me in the loop. Thoroughly enjoyed going to pick my ring up yesterday and getting to try it on for the first time. I love it! It's a perfect fit and I can't wait to wear it. I would highly recommend Austen & Blake and their lovely staff. Will definitely be in to purchase something else soon.

Professional and helpful staff
When we walked into Austen & Blake we had already been in to two high street jewellery shops. We left theirs, very disappointed in their sales skills and customer service.
Immediately in Austen & Blake we were approached by a young bubbly female who then introduced herself as Aailayah. She listened to what we were looking for and then made us feel so comfortable and important. Nothing was a problem. I tried on a few rings and she explained about the different metals, diamonds and guarantees that the jewellery comes with. When we chose a 3 stone platinum ring, Aaliyah took us right through the sale perfectly. Even after we left the store she emailed us a couple of times.
We collected my ring today and it is even more stunning than we could of imagined.
This is the first time we have both used Austen & Blake but we will certainly be back to purchase other jewellery.
