Wedding rings
We wasn't quite sure what to expect, or what to look for when searching for wedding rings so we thought we'd go to Austen and Blake so this is where my partner bought my engagement ring.
I'm so glad we did as we were warmly greeted by Alyssa and she talked us through everything, all the options available and let us try on various types/styles until we found the ones for us!
There was never any pressure and we felt like she really knew what she was talking about, so walked away confident that the rings we ordered were the best choice!
Thanks so much for all you help, Alyssa. You made our ring buying experience as easy as possible which is exactly what we wanted!

Absolute Disaster from the start.
From start to finish this has been a disaster in terms of experience.
1. Incorrect sizing of ring when it was bought at the Sheffield store. 3 weeks wait for resolution
2. Ring returned. Scuffs all over the band considering its platinum.
3. No contact made what so ever by customer service team to resolve issue and on top of this having to arrange pick up that suits them not the customer.
Atrocious service from start to finish and still left with a damaged poor attempt of an engagement ring with no resolution. Not even a discussion of resolution and/or compensation.
I feel humiliated Infront of my fiancée and her family for purchasing such a poor piece of jewellery to ask one of the most important questions of my life.

When pick-ups are arranged for these situations, we unfortunately do not have as much freedom we would like with our partnered courier, however we try to offer as much options as possible for days to collect. A member of our team have reached out providing further steps concerning resolution which can start once we first have item physically received back with us so we can address this.
