Good quality rings with range of metals, stones, and configurations, all at a decent price point.

Received the rings are they were well finished and presented, box could be a little nicer though, but really that's it. The rings themselves are great.
If we could get a few more metal mix and match options and improve the boxes, it'll be a 5 star for me 😊.

Ordered engagement ring to propose on the 13th of march. No communication no replies. Was confirmed item would dispatch last week. Still no updates. Honestly ruined my plans to propose. Now I’m stuck with no ring no money and a headache.

William was brilliant, helped my fiancée narrow down what she wanted for her wedding band which is no small feat!

Similarly helped me refine the styling of my ring, working out the size for the first time.

We came in for wedding bands, and left with an amazing experience. Poppy and Sara were incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome in busy circumstances. The bands are excellent and we can’t wait to wear them. We cannot recommend this store more.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Avoid Austen & Blake.

Austen & Blake damaged my ring while it was in their care for resizing, then subjected me to months of delays, missed deadlines, poor communication, and broken promises.

I was repeatedly told the ring would be ready by certain dates, only for those dates to pass with no proper update. At one point I travelled into London specifically to collect it because they had confirmed it would be ready, only to find out afterwards that it was not. Completely unacceptable.

When the remade ring finally arrived, it was materially different in colour from the original and noticeably paler. After everything that had already happened, this was the final straw.

I ultimately had to reject the remake and insist on a refund. Although the refund was eventually processed, the overall handling of the matter was appalling.

This was supposed to be a special purchase, and Austen & Blake completely ruined the experience. I would not use them again and would not recommend them to others.

Fergus was extremely helpful throughout our appointment, took us through all the options and explained everything really well. We walked out having purchased our future wedding rings and were very happy with the service.
