This is a scam website--Google must…

This is a scam website--Google must remove it. This website appears at the top of the Google searches, but is fraudulent. It masquerades as the official Australian government website, but is fake. It will charge you £100 for a £20 visa.

By not removing it from its search results Google is inadvertently aiding the fraud. The official way of obtaining the visa is via the ETA app (not website).

Avoid and demand that Google remove this fake website.

Scam

I ordered an ETA via this company only to receive emails about providing more information which I had already provided. The visa didn't arrive in time, or at all so I applied through the official EYA app for a fraction of the price and received the visa instantly. I've requested a refund to no avail. This company is a scam. DO NOT USE

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid £79.29 for a visa to visit Australia.. should be just over £14
I got a text message but no email with visa details .. I contacted them several times via their portal, no response. I received no visa.
I’m annoyed at myself. It has caused me significant distress and anxiety… always check that your on a government site folks and not a site that is no more than a scamming organisation!
I will be seeking my money back.

AVOID AVOID AVOID these thieves.

Took payment 99.20 UK pounds and did not provide a visa. No transaction email only a link to a payment page (I already paid!). All attempts at contact over 4 weeks have failed to invoke a response. Simple theft in my eyes. Chargeback claim is underway. AVOID these thieves and use government only services. I'm ashamed at myself for being so quick to use these scumbags.
