Problem with delivery
There was a problem when my order was stopped from delivery when arriving into this country but was sorted out very quickly by Australian Bodycare after I contacted them. I am happily looking forward to receiving a new parcel.

I got the product in a timely manner
I got the product in a timely manner. It was hard to find the original product that I wanted. I usually get the skin wash that is green in color and the bottle is a light green. The one I order is white with green leaves, which is not the usual one that I get. I would like to know if and where I can purchase the original skin wash.

Didn’t receive my order from Denmark as I was expected to pay a hefty customs charge for it to be delivered. My order for £37 was for personal use and under £50. Not happy. Usually exceptional service. Refund not been offered.

I don’t think it is as good as recommended.
It stay so wet for so long that you have to wait to get dresses quite some time after spraying it.

Clunky product search, £7 mystery postage
My comments are only about my web experience, as you're requesting a review just hours after purchase. It took ages to find the standard shower gel, which didn't appear in the body care section initially but the (more expensive) professional body soap did. I found what I needed via a hyperlink in bundle offer page that included the shower gel - but a long-winded shopping experience overall. Also, I was shopping on the UK site, but it cost me £7 for postage. Doesn't say what the service is, how long it will take or where it's being shipped from at checkout. The confirmation email since, says 2-4 business days, so if it's a UK dispatch then £7 is expensive! I used to buy this product in the UK when the brand was the bright lime green colour. I just hope it's as good as I remember.
