Australian Bloodstock are liars

Australian Bloodstock are liars, plain and simple. They claim to remain in the ownership group of all horses they syndicate, if that’s true, why are they offering all 20 shares (20 x 5% ) of a horse in some PDS ? How can they “remain” in the ownership group if all 20 x 5% offers are purchased by investors ?
If such a thing was to happen, Australian Bloodstock will still list themselves as managing owner, giving the indication they own a share in the horse, but guess what ? An owner can be listed even when they have ZERO % OWNERSHIP OF THE HORSE.
They also fail to disclose financial interest in the Sire and or Dam of the horse they are syndicating.
