Good computer specifications for the price

I was disappointing that the 1st laptop I received had a power up fault. The replacement is working well and we are very happy with it. The customer service was pretty good.

Ordered a HP laptop last week :: received in a weeks time but the laptop wouldn’t turn on :: realised the battery is completely dead .. works only when plugged in :: contacted / sent several emails with photos and vedios ; till now no response :: tried calling them not picking the call :: I cannot use the laptop now as it cannot withstand a single second without being plugged in :: as I have day today works with laptop am in complete trouble::

And the fun fact is that they claim :!its on the website that every product undergoes a rigorous QA process to identify and eliminate any problems and so on and our goal is to ….. so on and their aim is customer satisfaction… so on ..

Sending a laptop with a dead battery is condemned; I would rather buy from some other sites

I have purchased several laptops from Australian Computer Traders and always had a great experience.
Accurate description about condition, prompt service, great price and really good after sales service with any problem and there has only been one, a power supply problem, which was fixed fast and free.
Highly recommended.

I am very happy with the recent purchase. Also with their efficient and honest service. They sent me the wrong charger but when I called they re-senta the right charger through express post. Highly recommended seller.

Negative reviews are true. Poor quality laptops. Refurbished "A" grade had lots of scratches, missing screws and damaged screen. Returned and received a replacement and even after asking them to check it thoroughly before sending it out, it had lots of dust on the screen which hid screen damage of 3 X 5 pixels diagonally which is a "B" grade laptop. "A" grade cannot have any damage to the screen when it is on. They offered $30 refund when they sell B grade laptops for $150 less. When I refused to accept the $30 my only choice was to return it. This is not a reputable company. Better off waiting for a company with a seller rating close to 100%. Very disappointing experience and I don't recommend this company.

Absolutely terrible service. Bought a refurbished Dell laptop. Went to turn on laptop and absolutely flat. After charging with supplied charger for a few hours laptop still not powering up. Phoned store and was told probably not original power charger but another Dell one that was most likely faulty. Asked if tested before sent and was told "it may have sat on a shelf for a few months". Sent laptop back for a refund and got notification it has been received by them. However, was told it may take 1-2 business days for it to be entered as being received back into stock and an additional 3-5 business days for my refund to be processed. Absolutely appalling service from rude staff.

If you are buying from this company on Ebay, DO NOT GO by what they show you OR their "specifics" MUST read it till you get to description towards the BOTTOM of their ad to find out THE PICTURE and specifics are BS.

I never thought I would find a quality second hand laptop. It is joy to use and have a touch screen is such a benefit,
