Honest, reliable friendly and informative

My wife and I ordered a keyboard for our granddaughter from Piano warehouse being served by Kathrine over the phone. It was just before Christmas and she was honest to tell me they were out of stock and could arrive after Christmas which it did. We’ve had great service from them, honest and upfront always. Polite, informative and just a pleasure to deal with. When it arrived I went out to pick it up and again wonderful efficient friendly and polite service. We would not hesitate to recommend any one looking for a piano or keyboard to Australian Piano Warehouse. Thank you .

Not What I Expected

I had an extremely frustrating experience with them. I went to the store to order a piano and was told it would be delivered within 4-5 days. After a week with no updates, I contacted them and was informed there was a "scan error" with the delivery partner, which was preventing the tracking from updating, but they assured me I’d get my order "soon." Two weeks later, after sending multiple follow-up emails, still no updates on the piano, so I requested a refund and ended up purchasing the same piano from another store, which was delivered in just 4 days.

Sam & Chris

We recently bought a Roland digital piano from the Blackburn store. Clinton Cox, the Sales Consultant was very friendly, helpful and professional in assisting us to come to the best decision of which piano to buy to suit our needs. We even obtained a great discount on the piano bench. We do commend highly of Clinton's awesome customer service and patience. We are very pleased with the purchase and will highly recommend anyone wishing to purchase a piano to visit the Blackburn store and look for Clinton.

Customer service was pretty terrible

Customer service was pretty terrible. Delivery driver lost my details. No one could give me an estimate delivery date. All was a shambles. Thankfully it got sorted and got it within a week! I wrote a letter of complaint and they got back to me but it was pretty fruitless. Still waiting on a privacy policy.
