Fruugo Australia I have ordered and paid an item in 1st of June. Expected delivery date is 19-26 June. Up to date the order did not received. Contacted help centre twice : no follow up no respond and no where to get in tough with???
Ikkari- shower gel received with a hole in the bottle with the product leaking out. I have emailed the company via their customer support three times and called the helpline with zero response. I do not recommend this company for the above reason.
Update - the CEO has addressed the issue - I have now received a full refund and gorgeous gift from IKKARI. The products are fabulous and high quality.
I do not recommend Xelon Entertainment for distribution
They regularly let us down and also changed the level of service offered. Now they are refusing to give music rights back after expiration of the agreement. They claim breach of contract because music was released via another distributor after poor service. Even though they were notified of the intention to do so and no exclusive artist agreement existed with distributed label.
We are booked on a trip next week through TripADeal. A portion of our trip has been cancelled to Egypt. We understand that this is completely out of TripADeal's control in the current climate but we have only received one email from TripADeal in three days. We have however called every day asking for help and have received the same learnt response every time and no resolution. Very poor customer service TripADeal. The Egyptian portion forms a large part of our trip. We are now six days out and have no idea where we are going to fill in the Egyptian portion. We dont want to go anywhere else. We have asked for a refund which is ignored. This is very distressing. Trip a Deal you need to do better. You need to inform your customers within a "reasonable" time what's happening. You have a legal and duty of care responsibility to us. We want a refund. Very poor performance TripADeal.
