I joined Betfred for the offer of get £50 in free bets when you bet £10+ at evens (2.0) on any sport, I followed their rules to qualify for the free bets however they did not honour the £50 in free bets. Shocking customer services gave me the runaround on chat over different departments. No telephone number for complaints and would not discuss why I didn't qualify. I would advise to avoid.

The actual score on the app does not match the effective score. When you ask for help they put a bullshit 20 minutes wait.
