We purchased an Autel evo3 through autel pilot in December 2025. We received the product in a relatively timely manner but immediately ran into hardware problems. Namely, on our second flight at less than 100 ft. We discovered that the gyroscope that rotates the camera was not functioning.

We started the replacement process in mid-January but have been met with uncooperative customer service that only communicates via email. The two customer service agents repeatedly asked for the same photos and videos and then do not communicate for weeks on end.

It is now late February and we have yet to receive a replacement drone, compensation for the broken gyroscope on our current drone or been offered any kind of solution.

I would highly recommend buying from Autel directly instead of dealing with cheap third-party dealers like this one. It was my mistake to not notice that they have no phone numbers attached to their website, which should have been my first red flag.

Autel drones are good but if you ever have a problem they couldn’t care less for there customers they will find an excuse for the problem to be the operators fault do not buy autel

AutelPilot’s exceptional customer service, support just awesome. My order #10087 was shipped to me promptly as promised with tracking. Also adjusted rugged bundle to enterprise bundle as I requested. Will continue to purchase products from AutelPilot in the near future!!

My order was not received. They blamed their fulfilment partner DHL and took no responsibility themselves. Currently at 18 emails to them and getting nowhere - they just stall and make excuses.
I spent over 1200 euros and it seems like I've been scammed.
You have been warned. Read the reviews from other buyers who have been scammed too - over 25% of reviews have lost their money. This company should not be allowed to trade. Reaching out to Paypal now.

After a few emails with Lucy-she is great!, I ordered the Autel Evo Lite 640T. It arrived 48 hours later, perfect condition, the way I wanted.
I will try it tomorrow, I am very happy for the service of Autel Pilot!!!

i ordered a drone from them, the website says it in stock and should be shipped in 24 hours, never got the drone. needed to contact visa for the fraud and to get my money back.

Very bad quality product. The drone broke the first time I used it. They don't have any warranty. Never reply emails. I have to recover amount by my bank.

I ordered the Evo 2 v3 bundle. I placed my order online and found it to be easy and straight forward. I ran across a problem with the discount that comes with sharing your email address. This gave me the chance to contact customer service. I was very pleased with the prompt replies and resolution!

The order arrive in a short time. Everything was packed well and had no problems setting up. VERY pleased with my new drone!

I did have an issue with UPS which had nothing to do with Autelpilot. I gave the infomation to Customer Service and they used it to correct the problem.

I purchased a Evo max 4t paid 10000$ for it which was 12557$ Canadian dollars!! The drone was never delivered to my address! They sent it through DHL shipping and I had asked DHL that I would pick it up from their warehouse location and they didn’t even listen and somehow they sent it out for delivery and package was lost… Autel quickly took care of the bad situation and dealt with it amazingly and sent me another one fast shipping and included me extra batteries for the bad experience… I dealt with a lot of drone companies online and this one is the best one ever… this is my 11th order from this company and always has been amazing… thanks autel…

Good quality product, aswell as good customer service/support. I had to send in my Nano+ to be fixed and they kept me updated throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had.
