What stood out to me was how easy it was to submit instructions and communicate changes. I had a project with several requirements, and most of them were followed correctly. When I requested clarification on one section, customer support explained it clearly instead of sending a generic response. A few references needed minor adjustments, but nothing major.

They polished away many unidiomatic expressions and improved readability of the document. Plus, the formatting was mostly correct from the beginning. A few things could be improved, such as updated timing as I had to follow-up once for progress. Despite all this, support responded courteously and addressed my concerns professionally.

In my nursing assignment, I include instructions and reference file. They get time to learn about it. work fine not perfect but i modify little details and then I turn them in without raising much of a fuss.

There was no continuous communication, I would call and my inquiries were answered without misunderstanding and in time.

They are not afraid to admit mistakes. When a minor issue arose, they took full responsibility and resolved it swiftly and effectively.
