We are very pleased with the Mr Wallis and foot stool we purchased. Top quality at an affordable price
Customer service from initial request for swatches to installing the settee in our house were exemplary. The presentation of the swatches and follow up email impressed me.
The showroom experience was very welcoming and supportive in helping us choose, and after sales communication kept us fully informed.
The delivery team were excellent, friendly, caring and courteous.
We definitely recommend Authentic Furniture.

Highly recommended. Excellent Customer Service, and delivered when they said they would. The sofa and chairs are ridiculously comfortable. Not cheap but it's high quality and if you buy cheap, you buy twice!

Luxury sofa and excellent customer service
I would have no problem recommending Authentic Furniture. The customer service was first class from order to delivery and after. I was called by one of the team to see if I was satisfied with my sofa after delivery, which I was. The sofa is beautiful, exactly as ordered and delivered on time with no issues.
