When I ordered my boots, I ordered them in the wrong size when they came in. I tried them on and sent authentic got a message saying that I had ordered the wrong size shoes, and that I would like to return them and get the right size they were super understanding. All they had asked for was three pictures one of the shoe one of the me trying on the shoe and one of the actual shoe size (on the bottom of the shoe) and the packaging label. This was just to make sure that the label and the number on the bottom of the shoe were the same one. But as soon as I sent back the shoes, they immediately sent me another pair right size this time. I am so thankful for how easy it was to get the correct shoe size after I had ordered it wrong. So thank you Authenticgoth <3

Unfortunately, my chest is too large for your clothing. The materials used were also low quality regardless.

I ordered a pair of boots and a skeleton sweater from their plus size catalog. For starters, the sweater is so comfortable and so stretchy! Plus the color of the sweater in person compared to how it is on the website are identical. I loved it. The boots were true size, so I didn’t have to worry about them fitting too small or too big. Shipping took about the same time as advertised on the site, but it was worth it. I definitely recommend, and the plus size catalog is ALL THAT❤️❤️❤️

The quality is good, also the communication

The top I ordered is a perfect size and it is a very soft fabric. Exactly what I had in mind The website was very accessible and well-arranged. So I quickly found what I wanted. I have been careful and only ordered 1 piece, but will definitely order more! But the only thing is that I had to wait more than a week. I think it is because I live in Belgium. The second thing is that I found a top on another site and the price was much lower… Finally, the service I received was super good. I could always contact the instagram page with questions.

So far my experience has been wonderful with this company. I'd say deff get bigger modles and make bigger sizes on your items. But the fabric feels nice and the items look great. They also have kept me up to date about my items

The products are of good quality for the velvet and vinyl ones. It's strech so it fits nicely.
The shoes are great, they give a fantastic look and they're vegan !

I'm not to pleased to be finding all of their stuff on AliExpress or other websites at much cheaper prices. They double to triple the price on their website.
I am really disappointed that I fell for their scam, I've never been an ambassador before and now I never want to be one.

I love the products I got!
The velvet dress is so soft and fits PERFECTLY.
The boots I got are so solid yes weird to say, but finding these style of boots that don't fall apart easy or are effected by weather is so hard and these boots are so good!

Loved the pants, they were not exactly what I expected material wise and accessory devices for legs were not attached. Overall I like the look! Body sweater, ordered a Small but body suits are difficult since I'm tall... it didn't fit :( material wise it was not stretchy and was too polyester for my taste. Gave it to a petite friend and she loves it!

I love how unique the clothing styles are, however I do wish there were more options in plus size and the fabric quality were a little better.
