I called before the purchase to review terms, conditions, ordering process, etc. I talked with a customer service rep, she answered all of my questions in an honest and straight forward manner. Placed the order a day later on line, and received the watch the next day. Shipping packaging was secure and showed no signs of damage. I signed for the watch after inspecting the packaging, watch case and watch. Everything was in perfect condition. Then I went on the Oris website and crosschecked the serial numbers. Watch was authentic. Have worn the watch for several months and everything is still correct with watch. I will be using Authentic Watches on my next watch purchase.

There should be a buyers beware notice such as “We are not authorized retailers. We are wholesalers. You will not have factory warranty or be able to register product with maker.”

I have ordered two watches from them...an Omega AT and U.N. Dual time. Both experiences are amazing. In the last purchase, I ordered a watch online I had been eyeing for sometime and wanted to wear it on Sunday. I did not know that due to the price, I needed to wire the funds to them (over 10k). They emailed and called me, got me information for wiring. I wired and called them 3 different times to confirm receipt, they would mail it and just nervous. They picked up each time, took the time to address concerns and nerves. Got watch in time and love It. I will buy from them again with complete confidence.
