What a fantastic company. They arranged the best tour ever. It was personalized. We told them the things we wanted to do and they found the way so we could do those things. We kayaked, bicycled, hiked, did a food tour at night on Vespa’s. Terrific service, friendly, always helpful and very efficient.

We, 5 persons, traveled from Central Vietnam to the North of Vietnam, organized from Authentik Vietnam Travel. Everything was perfectly organized and all partners were always at the right time at the right place. Authentik Vietnam Travel was very flexible, we changed our program several times and we booked some activities by our own. The contact between the Travel Agent and us was easy, pleasant and professional.

I discovered this agency while planning a 12 days trip to Vietnam, for which I also consulted other providers.
However, I was impressed by the format and accuracy of the quote they compiled, thinking that such professionalism was an excellent indicator of the quality of their services. And so it was.

Very professional company, know exactly what is needed. Easy to communicate and plan with. They know their stuff very well we were treated like kings. The guides and drivers were very understanding and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. We were trying to find something to criticize and couldn’t find anything.

Using Authentik travel made the planning easy and nothing was too much trouble. Lien answered all questions very promptly. The trip was tailored to suit us and it was a private tour for the four of us. The accomodation was top quality and we had the best time and will return.

We just came back home after 2 full weeks spent in Vietnam. Our trip has been organized by Izytoyrs/Authentik Vietnam. This travel agency demonstrated a high level of serious and professionalism during the trip preparation but also during our trip. No bad surprise at all even if everything has been made remotely. A specific big thanks to Anh Vu who has been out contact all along the project. Very professional, always available when needed and perfectly fluent in French which is a plus for me. We still have many things to discover in Vietnam, we don’t know yet we will be back to Vietnam but we know with whom we will deal with.

We have just spent almost 3 weeks travelling through Vietnam and Cambodia, all arranged by Lien from Authentik Travel.

With just 4 of us, it really felt like a private tour, and we felt privileged to have our own tour guides and drivers for the whole time. In arranging our itinerary, Lien was very flexible and listened to our wishes right from the start. Even during the trip, we were able to make changes to the itinerary at short notice – very impressive Lien and Authentik.

Leading up to, and during our trip, Lien’s communication with us was first class. She quickly provided revised itineraries, hotel changes, flight delays, who our next tour guide would be, etc. etc.

Through Authentik, we visited many local villages, ate local food (very good), and went to many places on and off the mainstream tourist track. Great experiences.

The accommodation was very comfortable, high standard, and well chosen by Lien, as it suited our needs. The tour guides were great too, with their knowledge, ability to answer all of our questions, and their great senses of humour. The drivers were also excellent, particularly in the cities and large towns where, to us Australians, the traffic can only be described as controlled chaos.
