I like the practical solutions and understanding of autism I can show my parent who won’t hear my experience but will pay attention to printed matter. Not enough understanding in society of how we are affected by difference and our behavior is a way of coping not of defiance. With more information from the mag I can help others get the validation I could not

I can't extract (ex a PDF) the news to share with my family. Its super important to filter the hundreds of topics that I read and share with family the ones that are more suited to my daughter.

Very disappointing, I thought I was getting print copy. I cant print it out. I wanted this so I would have it as a reference for parents. I don't read magazines on a computer.

Great support staff!!! I had a problem with payment for the Autism Parenting Conference--not with them, but with my bank cards. The payments were deemed suspect (Canada to UK and an internet purchase) and so stalled. I kept trying different cards. Finally one went through. Eventually they all paid! I emailed the support service about the overpayemnt issue with copies showing the payments on my statements. Within 24 hours, I was refunded the excess!! So efficient and cheerful, this support staff is the greatest!

I decided to subscribe not just because of my daughter being on the spectrum but because I have a particular interest in learning about the autism spectrum to expand my knowledge base as a trauma counsellor and hypnotherapist. I have no regrets and have found the magazine to be so easy and engaging to read. It's got so much information ready at the fingertips for families to get more information and access to further support or resources. I also love the bonus downloads that came to my inbox after I subscribed. I have learned so much even after reading only two issues, plus the downloads!

constructive themes are great for parenting autistic kids. However, if more practical examples could be given would be great.

I am a mom of 4 years old kid from Ethiopia. My best friend bought be the annual subscription. I liked the contents very much. In a country where there is no organized system to help kids with ASD, i found it very helpful. The contents are too professional!
Keep on doing great!
