The training was absolutely brilliant
The training was absolutely brilliant! Lindsey’s experience and understanding of Autism and Mental Health (complex needs) was so insightful and refreshing to listen to. Her style of presenting was captivating for all of my staff and they really were engaged in the content presented. We were able to discuss case studies in depth about those we are currently supporting to really help the staff engage and reflect about their own practice and as a service as a whole. We are a specialist autism service and this level of training is exactly what our team needed to enhance their understanding to the next level. Thank you so much!

Expressed great knowledge from objective and subjective angles, helping me to think about the way I would approach situations in the future.
Gave plenty of information and opportunity to ask questions and submit the attendees personal experiences.
Amazing session. Well led, professional and understanding
I loved that the session was facilitated by professionals who are diagnosed with Autism, have family with autism and have shared their real life experiences, tips and support networks available to help us all in the community and raise awareness. The session was very effective and I found engaged through out. I have taken a lot back with me to reflect and use in my own role and also at home with my own family. Thank you. I look forward to more sessions in the future.

Training was really great
Training was really great, sharing personal perspectives and analogies that really made the experience and thoughts/feelings that are common with autism/neurodiversity easy to understand. I have told people I know who would benefit from this training to sign up- could not recommend it enough! Whatever position you are coming from it will help- it also helped me understand certain things I struggle with. Thank you very much, I look forward to coming to more in future!

All mouth no action trash
All mouth and no action leaving autistic people in a bigger mess than they started with will make you all the promises in the world and then will just drop your case and block you it’s so unprofessional and harmful to autistic people they should be ashamed really sad to see the lottery fund this trash

Reply from Autizma
Absolutely appalling left me high and dry in a legal mess.
Made me all the promises in the world to help fight my case with no care breach of human rights act Equlity act and care act threatening the council with legal action they get a reply leave me in the mess and then an email to say they are pulling out no reason other than capacity so caused a huge meltdown, have not acknowledged my comments or complaints or request for a SAR and blocked my email awful wouldn’t recommend them unless you want a mental breakdown of broken promises
Informative, well organised & constructive for my work
I did the Introductory training on Neurodiversity and Autism with Autizma in September. I work as a support worker and the training provided a really good introduction into how best to work with people with Autism and the importance of considering their individual needs. There was times for questions which were answered carefully and the training was well structured and well explained. Thank you so much, I will definitely be recommending you to other professionals
OUTSTANDING SUPPORT
The support we've recieved [as a family] has/ is still absolutely amazing.
Our voices are finally being heard thanks to Autizma.
My anxiety was in over drive. All due to some very negitive ' school experiences my child endured.
Were now on the right path of ensuring all my childs needs are now, finally being assessed.
I couldnt of even got this far without this fantastic support.
There are still a few challenges still to face. But with the support of Autizma.
I am 100% sure, in due course. My child will be in a happy, safe, nurturing school environment with the right level of support required.
My anxiety levels are lowering. Im feeling more ' normal '& not so upset/ worried & anxious.
The overiding pressure on just myself dealing with it all has lifted.
I Thank you so much. I actually now see a light in this very dark tunnel.
I can not praise & thank you all enough.
Thank you from Manchester & Salford Samaritans
Thank you from Manchester & Salford Samaritans to Lyndsey and Tina for such an informative session about autism. It's helped our listening volunteers to better understand the complexity of autism and we will be in a better position to support callers with autism that contact us when they are in distress.
Amazing and informative
We found the training session very informative and we all learnt a lot from the session. It really opened our and eyes and gave us a better understanding of how to interact effectively with people with autism and make the environment/situation more comfortable for them.
