We placed an order online on 21/04. Sent daily emails, called and no one ever responded. To date we have not received a response or the material.
Needed a few non common connectors for an important project and struggled to find them anywhere online. Managed to find them listed here and not too badly priced for what they are. Ordered them on a Friday lunchtime and had them delivered to me the following Monday afternoon. All correct connectors received without any issues.
I ordered some electric connectors… and accidentally tested their artistic department too.
They had one of those “extra instructions” boxes, so naturally I wrote: “draw me a cat.”
Did I expect anything? No.
Did they deliver? Absolutely.
Package arrives… and there it is - a masterpiece. A hand-drawn cat on the envelope. Not just a cat… a super fun cat.
Honestly, the connectors are great and all, but it’s the unexpected Picasso energy that won me over.
10/10 came for electrical parts, stayed for the art gallery.
Good wide range of parts, good stock levels and good customer service.
Parts are great quality and they use reliable fast shipping partners. The staff know their products well, and are really kind and helpful. However it's important to know that it can take 5 to 10 days for parts to ship. They hold orders while waiting for parts to come into stock even if it said in-stock when you ordered. (There might have been 1 in stock, but you ordered 100).
Unfortunately they don't inform you of stock issues, or shipment delays, and they ask you not to contact them for at least 5 days. It seems a bit unusual these days but once you know that's how they work, they are great at what they do. (I think they are really set up for large corporate orders made in advance). It would help if they employed someone to look after the small orders, and sent update emails rather than leaving customers in the dark for 5 to 10 days.
An option for "part ship" even at extra cost would be great too.
I almost didn't buy from this company after reading the negative reviews. But could only find dubious quality connectors on eBay, so gave them a go but making sure I paid via PayPal!
But I ordered Tuesday evening, they were despatched Wednesday and with me on Thursday. So can't fault my experience on this occasion.
Bought to plugs. No reply to email. No reply to phone calls. Complete waste of time. AVOID. Claim to dispatch in 5 days, rubbish. This is the 5th day.
No comms at all.

Update. Their own email says it will dispatch in 24hrs, they say however give them 5 days to dispatch. Any suggestion of 10 days is a complete lie. Also, a customer is a customer. Avoid this company. They don’t answer the phone. They are not on company house as Auto-Click so nothing is clear. Do not spend money here.
Why don’t they answer the phone? Why don’t they respond to email? Only after I got the bank involved was there any comms and now it’s “contain the complaint” mode as they clearly don’t like being called out.
You’ve all been warned. Avoid this company.
Ps. Emma claims 24hrs would have seen the item delivered. That would have meant it was dispatched. How, Emma, do you explain no answering of phones or emails? Is that acceptable customer service. No it isn’t is the answer. You say you were given no chance. I called you, many many times. Left on hold perpetually as other have commented online. My experience is not singular.

I searched a plug online, found it with these guys wed afternoon, Thursday midday it was with me. I highly recommend these guys they are ON IT.
I’m writing this review because all the negative ones almost made me not order from Autoclick… harsh reviews really can damage a companies reputation.
I needed a connector that the garage were unable to supply (but offered to fit) and a quick google search took me to Autoclick. Having read the reviews online I had little confidence in ordering but given that it was only a few quid I thought I’d run the risk…. I’m glad I did!
Order processed easily, item was showing in stock and was delivered within 2 days.
I didn’t receive any emails to confirm despatch so I was pleasantly supposed when the post arrived. Thanks Autoclick for getting this tiny order out to efficiently.
Just a friendly tip for Autoclick… you may want to remove the statement on the order confirmation that advises ‘due to the ongoing pandemic orders are delayed’…it’s November 2024 and this comment doesn’t fill the customer with confidence!
Website looks excellent, and parts show as in stock however, in reality, parts are not in stock, and shipping and handling times are far longer.
Communication is very poor and promises of different shipment times are not upheld.
This website can be concidered a scam.

Ordered several Furukawa connectors from Auto Click a week or so ago. Bodged up the crimp on the terminals so needed some spares. Problem is auto click have a MOQ of 100. Sent a message via WhatsApp and within 5 minutes they'd replied and offered to reduce the MOQ to 10 which was perfect for the number of spares I wanted.
Order 507124 - ordered the parts on 18th of May, paid everything in advance and there is no response from the supplier, there is no phone number that you can call and they are not replying to my emails. I work in automotive industry and now I am in situation where we are jeopardizing our production because we do not have the parts.
I placed a small order January 19th, and received zero communication about the status of my order for several weeks. I also checked my online account and there was no information about my order in there either. After 5 unsuccessful attempts to contact them via email and phone, I submitted a chargeback request on February 8th with my credit card company.
A day or two later I get an aggressive mail from Mike, asking why I submitted a chargeback request. I explained that I haven't received my order, and that no updates were provided about the status, even after spending several hours on the phone attempting to contact them.
After this the item *finally* arrives in the mail. I then contacted my credit card company to cancel the chargeback request because I received the item.
A month goes by, and I get another aggressive mail stating that I should expect a "reverse chargeback that includes legal costs" because they haven't received their money. I explained that they should talk to their payment provider because I have in fact paid for the item.
A company that threatens its customers with legal costs because they forgot to ship an item, and can't figure out how to use their own bank account is just insanity.
Thankfully I talked with my credit card company and they ensured me Auto Click wouldn't be able to put any additional charges on my card, because it was obvious to them that I paid.

Order I.D.505082 . I ordered a few Sumitomo plugs on the 30th November 2022. Firstly, I have still not recieved the plugs yet. My mistake for not specifying a courier service door to door, it was shipped Royal Mail to South Africa. Queried S.A.Post Office today and still nothing. My 4 star rating is for the replies I have read below and willingness to actually give feedback here,and therefor still holding out hope that my re order in a few minutes will succeed. I took off 1 star for the non reply of all my e-mails and phone calls to AutoClick.

Had difficulty finding a specific auto electrical connector and found this company online which did stock it so I subsequently placed an order which was delivered very quickly a few days later and I would not hesitate to deal with this company again, so many thanks Auto-click.

I just wanted the Postal receipt for the material which you have shipped, with its reference I can do follow up locally in India. If you would be kind enough to share the scan copy of the Postal Receipt, It would help me in tracing the consignment. I placed my order 19/04/2022. The order was canceled by Auto-Click because they couldn't dispatch to my location. Today is 29/11/22 and I still haven't received my refund. I contacted them many times by email and by phone - no result. They just don't answer calls. One answer by email that their accountants will soon refund but it has already passed more than 7 month and still no refund. I'm located in EU so it is difficult to file a complaint against them. I hope someone in UK will do this because actions of Auto-Click are illegal and violate the rights of buyers.
UPD. My answer to your reply:
you just lie and speculating the war. I am a Lithuanian citizen and the payment was made from a Lithuanian bank. There can't be any restrictions to return money to the bank within EU. In your message you only told me that your accountants will refund money. But this never happened. My country and I are absolutely against the war.
