I ordered a towbar that partly fitted but the main side stabilisers were far too long and didn't fit. It is impossible to talk to anyone from the company to talk over the issue or get the problem resolved. Shame because the towbar seems well made.

I got a broken item and can't use my vehicle although i planned to go on holiday with it because my campervan was still not fixed.. due to this because couriers were careless with breaking the packaging.. i dont have time to go ship items. Ive found a much better company.

Bought a new accelerator pedal for my Mercedes vito , but even though they knew the exact model of my van , it didn’t fit , but I’m happy to confirm auto doc paid for return postage and reimbursed me the full amount, so with that , I will continue to buy from them , because their prices are very good , and they have a huge range of products for every type of vehicle

I have placed orders through Auto-doc since Sep 2025 to assist me in my DIY restoration project. The app is convenient. So far all parts fits perfectly and it is nice to have alternative brand options available to fit your budget when you at times don't mind paying for quality or to select a cheaper alternative brand if it is not a crucial important safety related part.
Only issue experienced at the time of this review, was due to couriers with my parcel being damaged in transit and was automatically returned to auto-doc without me being contacted that there is an issue. I couldn't chat to anyone at the couriers only chatbot loop no result.
The auto-doc help centre and chat bot was a bit frustrating and going into loop mode as well when it came to my technical order query as I didn't want to cancel my order, just have it reordered and no refund, use initial payment for the reorder.
It is not that easy finding a customer care email on the website or app.
Managed to find the trust@autodoc email online. Thereafter, email communication and response time by agent Xena was excellent and went the extra mile in keeping me informed about my refund and reorder. Even followed up after the reorder parcel was received. Very happy to recommend them. Haven't had to test the return process yet

Absolute joke of a site
Sent me the wrong part and was told to return the part to get a refund which would cost €54 postage which is more than the part cost
Wouldn't recommend them at all as the don't seem to have much of a clue and it's a sham site and company
Very angry with their terrible service and the returns policy is an absolute joke and scam

Terrific service 4 days from Poland to Galway county, Ireland.
Even with delivery charge part was over 100e cheaper. So generally a great service part fits perfectly

I am updating my previous review.
After escalating the matter, a manager contacted me directly, reviewed the case carefully, and offered a full refund without requiring the return of the floor mats. I appreciate the professional handling of the situation at management level and the fair resolution provided.
While I still believe that clearer LHD/RHD compatibility information on the website would help prevent similar issues in the future, I am satisfied with how this case was ultimately resolved.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Autodoc IE.
I ordered car floor mats after entering my car details on the website, which indicated that the product would fit my vehicle. After delivery, I discovered that the mats are for left-hand drive cars, while cars in Ireland are right-hand drive. There was no information on the product page stating left- or right-hand drive compatibility.
When I contacted customer support, I was told:
The mats cannot be checked for compatibility
Return shipping is entirely at my own cost, even though the return cost is higher than the value of the mats
The only compensation offered was a €10 voucher, which does not solve the problem
I explained that selling accessories in Ireland without clearly stating left/right-hand drive compatibility is misleading, especially when the website confirms “fits your car” after entering vehicle details. Unfortunately, this feedback was not taken on board.
Customer service was polite, but the resolution was very poor and left me out of pocket for an issue that could easily be avoided with better product descriptions.
I would strongly recommend that Autodoc:
Clearly state left-hand or right-hand drive compatibility for accessories
Take more responsibility when website information leads to incorrect purchases
At this stage, I’m unlikely to order again.
