Today I sent a request for parts
Today I sent a request for parts, and received a message saying I will get a reply in 48 hours. I sent the request because I need the parts. Waiting 48 hours isn't a satisfactory reply. Discounted parts are not worth this waiting time. And then having to wait a further week or so to receive them... It's not a good enough service. Autodoc are not as good as it used to be. I couldn't rely on a service like this ..
You replied twice, since this review...on both occasions with the wrong information. clearly not reviewing the supplied VIN number

If I could give 0 stars I would - and I would definitely not recommend them.
For a company that has a .ie website, their delivery times are really, really bad..
More than 14 days (close to 20) to get items delivered.
My advice - do not use them if you are based in Ireland. There are way better local suppliers.

They have a good lot of suppliers for each product, maybe too many. I'm sure many of the part for sale by different vendors is still made in the same factory. Prices are good, although transport is very expensive if you don't buy enough. The returns policy if complete rubbish a you need to post the part yourself which is multiple times the cost of the part.
