Truly this has been frustrating, plus my girl be doing a lot of funny moves but ZARVTOL fished out every single moves and I am always a step ahead

They promised a refund due to them fraudulently charging my card. It's been 4 weeks now and phone numbers are all automated and keep getting same response from their email. Scam scam scam. Reporting to Better Business Bureau

They misspeled my email so I couldnt use the program and then they promised a refund for which I have been waiting fof almost a month. Its probably a scam, I did not get the program and I didnt get a refund.

Absolutely ridiculous. They play word games to draw people in. They claim multiple times that you can “spy on a phone without having it”, but yet after you buy it you learn that you have to install an app on the target phone. VERY misleading. It also claims “no monthly fee”, and all this other Crap. Horrible

I asked for a refund the same day. They gave me a run around and I am still out of my money. Do not buy it!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Canceled a couple days after purchasing because it didn't work at all like it said. They say guarantee but won't give you refund for it. Give you story after story of B.S. saying this and that. Don't buy and waste money

I asked for a refund the day I bought from them. They have consistently given me the run around ever since saying there was an issue with their system, they are getting the manager to call me, or they fixed it now so just wait longer! Worst customer service ever!

Not real spyware. no one tells you that you need targets phone in hand and need their permission. you find out after you pay and cannot get an answer . Then u read the refund policy and find out.this is Just for monitoring kids also senile people-if they give you permission and hand over their phone.
Beware! U can't use this to catch your cheating spouse!!!!

Clearly all these reviews are fake I mean some of them don’t make sense it gives 1 star but says it’s great. It’s obvious these reviews are fake witch is a shame as I was about to buy until I read these reviews.

Scam. Says it’s no contact with target phone. That’s a lie. You need to download two apps on target phone. Nothing on dashboard works. It downloads photos and contacts that’s it. The keylogger worked one time then quit. Their tech help is useless they keep emailing the same useless instructions

I dont believe the reviews are legit. If pay attention to post dates many are on same day or 1 day apart. I believe the reviews are paid and scam spy company. Impossible back to back consumers are posting reviews on TrustPilot, just impossible.

This company is the biggest scam outfit of this century. No customer service to speak of and once they take your money, you are completely out of luck. Their cancelation policy is the most ridiculous thing anyone can imagine. No one that i know will ever do business with this company ever.

I purchased their services after seeing all their great ads after buying in to their lies. I went ahead and purchased and was sent an email in the email was instructions to follow however at the end of the instructions it said "the best way to access the target phone is to have physical access to the target phone ",in direct contradiction to their ads which stated"there is no need to have physical access to the target phone " they totally lied then I called to cancel the purchase and requesed my money back after several emails I was reassured that I would get my money back that was approx 6 months ago its now Oct.24 2021 they even lied about that do not buy anything from these people their totally dishonest everthing they say in their ads is a total lie they can do anything over the air

Autoforward is a Scam. I purchased a full year of service, I was told I had to get the target phone and attach it to my PC. I did that.
What I never saw even in small print is that you need to DOWNLOAD AN APP THAT STAYS ON THE TARGET PHONE. How can this be spyware when the target can see a strange app on their phone.
In addition, they said it would take 3 days to activate after installing the software. I waited crucial days. It didn't work, I called tech they tried something else "IT DIDNT WORK". Now I am 7 days into trying to review the information and it still doesn't work.

The best part, I have tried phone calls, emails doing exactly what they ask for a refund. SILENCE, ZIP, ZERO.
I am not unreasonable but I never got my subscription to work. NETWATCHER is way better and better support with no apps to download.

This spyware is a scam, i screenshotted what was on their website stating you can remotely download this spyware onto target device just using an apple id and pass creds, been getting emails back and forth saying it can only be downloaded onto target device by physically having it on hand. Have you seen the long dreaded instructions on how to download it, by the time i do this, my spouse will catch me doing that and what's the use of this stealthiness.

It is terrible. There is no way to get a refund. I may hire an attorney just because . there refund policy is bogus.

False advertisement! You "DO" have to have physical access to the target phone to install this app .I did not have access to the target phone and that is the main reason I purchased auto forward. When I found out that you do have to have access to the target phone I asked for a refund. They agreed to refund my money in June. I still have not received it and now they are no longer even replying to my emails. They lie to get your money and will not give you a refund when you can not use.
