Top class service
From the moment I talked to somebody on the phone who was very helpful, through placing my order which was supposed to take 1 week but actually came after 1 day, I was surprised by the service and the flawless delivery process. Nice to know that buying online can sometimes can be a rewarding experience.

Winter tyres with wheels
Highly unprofessional and unreliable company. I have placed my order on 2 November. After 3 weeks 3 good wheels were delivered and one with the wrong size tyre. Since that time the company is not able to fulfil the order. The customer service is rejecting escalations and not providing any delivery date. Despite ,multiple requests , they are even refusing providing their position in writing.

I am still waiting form my tires!
I ordered the tires on August 8 and as per end of today (August 17), I did not received any tires. While I did receive a statement confirming the receipt of the payment I made, I still have no confirmation that the tires were even shipped.
It would be nice for the customers to know in what stage the order is, so there is room for improvement!
