I had a disappointing experience with…
I had a disappointing experience with autobatterienbilliger.de. The battery I purchased turned out to be defective. After contacting customer service, I only received a partial refund instead of a proper solution.
What makes it even more frustrating is that I had to buy a replacement battery myself to avoid long waiting times, as suggested in their communication. This replacement battery was even more expensive than the original one.
In my opinion, this is not good customer service. When a product is faulty, customers should receive a fair and complete solution. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
