First time I bought a battery from this seller. I received what was expected in good conditions and on time. Till now is working fine.

JUST WHAT I WANTED

Dont ever buy, if you are not in Germany
One of the worst buyer experiences I have ever experienced.
I ordered 1 battery and 2 days after, the amount was withdrawn from my acount, so far so good. Then after a week with no confirmation about the battery had been send, i wrote this massage “ Hi :)
I still haven’t got any confirmation, regarding if my order has been sent - it’s a week since i ordered it.
When will it be sent?
Also, it looks like there are 2 orders. But I only ordered 1 battery.
Im looking forward to hear from you, and get my order :)” then a couple of days later they answered - “ Dear Mr Oliver
unfortunately the shipping costs are missing from your order.
These would amount to 75,30€ + 3,31€ toll.
We have cancelled your 2nd order from6548197 , as no payment was received.
With kind regards … “ very bad message, regarding that I already paid 95,35 euro and with no more information, regarding on how to get my order. Confused and a bit angry, I answered “ I don’t understand your answer?
I live in Denmark, that is in EU - what do you mean by “ unfortunately the shipping costs are missing from your order. These would amount to 75,30€ + 3,31€ toll.”?
It says on your webside it’s free shipping, + i live in EU so there is no toll?
Very confusing answer you are giving.

Now I got my money back at least, but a little smaller amount, because of the currency difference. So I actually ended up paying a small amount, for no battery and bad service.
I had to write to them myself, only to get a message back about there where some issues, that doesn’t make any sense, since I live in EU.
What a bad company, with close to none costumer service or interest in finding a solution/figure out whats going on.
Don't ever buy from here, if you live outside of Germany.
