BEWARE!!! They ship wrong items even after you call to confirm order!!! Waste of time and money!!!!

dont order from here i ordered some shocks and they are to short ive called 47 times and no answer i go on and e mail and no answer now im stuck with shocks that i cant even use dont buy anything from here they will just SCREW YOU

Ordered $400+ coil overs from them for my vehicle. Autobuffy charged my CC twice. I send an email and they replied quickly. Once I've given them everything like they asked to prove I was charged twice, I haven't heard back in over a week. Their website says hassle- free returns, people I can promise you that isn't true. I can't even get a hold of anyone that works for Auto Buffy to contact me back. $400 might not seem like alot of money to them, but I could sure use it returned to my cc. I chose this company due to the good rate, I wish I would of spent more with a reputable company. Or atleast read their horrible reviews prior to ordering anything from Autobuffy!! Horrible customer service!!

They shipped everything kinda on time well not really a 3 day delivery like website says was more like 5 for the one parts I got but the I only go 1 out of 5. other parts were lost and waited days for help with only being able to email no one answers a phone there or returns voicemail had to order somewhere else waiting on responses back on email now going on a month sent back the part I got and have been waiting days on being refunded since they have had it 4 days finally called all day on a slow day and got someone to pick up said they would have to inspect part and would take up to 10 days I have a shop and this is not how you should handle customers on any level. I couldn’t imagine if I had bigger problems with this order. this was just a small order of around $270 to try them out. liked the price and suppose to be moog parts but never got most of them and had to buy other parts and still waiting. I ordered on the 9th of April it’s now the 7th of May. Maybe by June I’ll have this resolved. Customer service gets a 1 star for not having a person answering phones and slow responses and refund process is not like your website says hassle free return especially when it’s not my fault I never got the package I’m sure autobuffy got the claim money weeks ago from the shipper.

My order number AB-V64KG8 was on Apr 25,2026 and was on Processing Order, I been waiting for it, then on Apr 30, 2026 at 5:45 AM I received email saying that my order has been cancelled because Pricing error???
What kind of business that? What a waste of time, I'm going to stay away from this business because I don't trust them anymore.
Know I am waiting for my refund!

So, these guys are poor at their returns. I'm 2-3 weeks into this process. Would like to take this down, if they correct it.

Do not do business with this company bought set of 02 sensors which according to there web page was guaranteed to fit there response was i sould of checked there picture against my part there own words it's Guaranteed To Fit what a sham of a company

This place is a scam! Ordered shocks that haven’t shipped. Tried to contact company by phone straight to voicemail. No response from emails. Only a bot that tells lies and can’t do anything. Then things changed to deliver while I was talking to the bot with no product. Don’t waste your time or money. Complete scam. They will say they didn’t receive anything about the order just like on many others. Zero faith they will ever do the right thing.

Terrible customer service and return policy. I ordered brakes for my car, which the backs fit, but the fronts did not. I have verified the VIN, the parts, and was told a return label would be made. Going on three weeks now I have not received a return label to get a refund for the incorrect front portion they sent me.

Update: after posting reviews on BBB and trustpilot. I was finally contacted by support. They said that I never sent the required documentation so forwarded them the email where I did send them the required documentation.And they got me a shipping label right away, I have yet to see a refund.So we will see where that goes.

Bought shocks for my car. Website said they would fit. They did not. CS said they would send return label since i verified the fit and it was within 30 days. I message everyday and get some artificial A.I. response promising my shipping label same day. It never comes, noone reaches out. When you call they say they'll call back and never do. I am still waiting its been over a week now for the return label. Last correspondence:

Horrible service canceled the part immediately, told there would be a refund, never happened called and left messages never a return call. Emailed the support that uses an a.i service will not allow me to speak to a representative. Says management will contact they dont. Overall I believe a scam 3 weeks still no contact. Do not buy from them im sure a scam website with no real people.

Sent completely wrong stuff. Will not send return label. Scammers beware. They tried to flag my review. They will not take the shocks back. After Rydon emailed he confirmed they sent the wrong stuff. They are dragging it out. I had to file a dispute.

I wouldn't recommend buying from them. They'll deliver but if you want to refurn...god forbid.. often doging communication with some generic automated emails claiming they're upgrading their website for "for better" bla bla. It took them 3 weeks to issue a refund which otherwise takes 2 days.

In the market for replacement auto parts? Scroll on by AutoBuffy. We were installing motor mounts on my daughters car this weekend and none of the holes were lining up. After taking them off and drilling larger holes, we finally have all but 1 installed. I left a 2 star review with photos, and they are not posting it. When I'm logged into my account, it now shows that they no longer ship to my location, as well as the live chat not working. Once I log out, they are able to ship it. Live chat doesn't work and no on answers the phone.

Ordered on their website. Received the rear shocks in a timely manner. Went to install and they didn't fit, wrong shocks. Contacted Auto Buffy for return instructions and they won't pay for the return charges, my fault they we're wrong shocks. Won't ever purchase from Auto Buffy again and won't recommend them to anyone.

I bought kyb struts and they send me fake struts that is not kyb

I am still experiencing difficulties getting my money back from this company. I would not recommend doing any type of business with them. There customer service is a joke. They'll be bankrupt in no time doing business like this

This company is absolutely horrible. I was shipped the wrong suspension for my Mercedes, charged to ship it back , and then told they don't carry it for my car and 1 month later never received a refund.
