If I could give a minus star review I…

If I could give a minus star review I would. Not only did they send the parts I ordered in a plain beat up box instead of the box pictured on the order page, but it was missing parts. They then had me jumping through hoops to get the missing parts, which I never got. They kept asking for completely unreasonable information (the serial number off of all the parts we did receive, the make, model and VIN off my vehicle!!!!). They then pretty much accused me of lying and trying to get extra parts from them when I refused to jump through anymore hoops and give them those numbers (minus my VIN) for the SECOND TIME! I had even sent them pictures of everything! They still have not sent me the missing parts. I said I will return what I did get and they expect me to pay the return shipping even though this is all because of them. I have done some research (too late) on line and I found complaint after complaint of the exact same issue. Parts arrive in an unmarked beat up box missing parts and getting no where trying to get them sent. This company seems to have history of doing business this way.

I was sent an outdated Bosch wiper…

I was sent an outdated Bosch wiper blade for my Maserati GranTurismo and after speaking with Bosch directly, they advised that I return the product. Autobuffy initially denied the return label and then tried to negotiate a price discount for their error. I will never do business with this organization again.

Wouldn’t even give one star

Wouldn’t even give one star. These are scammers. Stole my money. At least I didn’t get screwed as bad as some of these other people. I knew in my gut it was a sham business by the name. Don’t buy anything from them.

Twice I placed the same order with…

Twice I placed the same order with autobuffy on different days. I added my email and cell number. I never received a confirmation to either from auto Buffy. On the following day I used their chatbot hoping to get information on the order. The Chabot gave me a number to call to track the order. A guy answered and told me to check spam then my card account to find out if they they charged me. I couldn't verify a charge and nothing in spam. I placed the order again Dejan vu surprise!!! The same sequence of events no reply call Mr. No customer support except today his fabricated story is I'm the only person who has had this problem. I proceeded to tell him I just experienced this from his company and his response "have a good day" I acknowledge I made a mistake placing the second order, I wanted to trust them now I realize it was a mistake. There is more weirdness to this event that's not normal business practices. I would recommend using a reliable source for your part's. I read reviews on their site and now have reservations about their authenticity. P.S. I love business with great business practices and support them and unfortunately this is not one of those business. Most good business use shopify.

I ordered sparkplugs and coils for my…

I ordered sparkplugs and coils for my wife's car. They were to be shipped to me for 5/27. They shipped the parts with USPS. USPS shipped the parts from NY to NJ to Boston then to Nebraska, then back to Boston. USPS finally claim that they delivered the parts on 5/2. I never got any delivery to my address. My wife is without a car so she is home all day.
I reported this to AutoBuffy and they put on a claim but could take 10 - 15 business days to get an answer an then we can go from there. So my wife is without a car for over a month with still no answer.

Never again

Ok, I ordered parts for my 2wd dodge truck. They sent me parts for a 4wd truck.
I jumped through all the hoops that they requested. I've spent more time trying to get this corrected than it did to do the job. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Never, never again.
I will pay more for the parts I need than to go through this s#$show again.

Horrible service

Tried to confirm fitment multiple times through live chat, by email and by phone all three choices lead me no where. The service itself was a waste of time, I'll take my business else where.

They sent me all the wrong parts and…

They sent me all the wrong parts and said it was a guarantee fit none of it fit then they said if didn't get back in 5 days I will have 2 pay for it all even tho it didn't fit then the product was 176.00 and I had 2 retur it @ 86.00 shipping they will never get another order from me do not order from them they are scamers this is the second time they sent me the wrong patrs now I get a email after this review says they need my order number my name which is on this review n my phone number or they will remove this review because they only wont good reviews even if u just look up something they will à review in your name saying all good thing to get customers it's all good reviews they wont will remove your bad reviews

Another example of unprofessionalism and dishonesty …

AutoBuffy has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Basically took my money and sent me whatever parts they wanted and gave me zero options to receive what I actually paid for. I ordered a front end rebuild kit directly from their website, 2 upper and 2 lower control arms with ball joints, along with tie rods, inner and outer. Upon receiving my order I found that I was sent 4 lower control arms and only 1 upper. I sent an email inquiring about returns and followed all instructions of sending pictures of all parts received and vin to my vehicle. I then received an email stating those are the correct parts. What kit comes with 5 control arms? I called their customer service line and they basically read the email traffic and told me they agreed with the emails. I gave them the part number for the kit I order so they finally looked it up, agreed that I did not get the correct parts and told me they would personally see that I received the correct parts and instructions on how to return the extra lower control arms. A week goes by, no response, I called again, got a voicemail, but requested a return call and gave my order number. No return call. Took my money, sent me the wrong parts then quit responding.

Shipping time was ridiculous.

Shipping took a longggg time. When I bought the product, it said it would ship overnight. Then the next day I got an update saying it would be there the following day. Then in a couple days' time, one saying it would be two more days. It ended up taking a week, to send from the Dallas area to the Austin area. It would've been quicker for me to drive the 4 hours there and back in a day instead of ordering through Autobuffy.

I am having troubles getting through…

I am having troubles getting through the website, to complete a return. I was told that would return my call 5 days ago. The product I ordered looks to be good quality but is not the correct size that the site said my vehicle needed. 2014 MKZ hybrid brakes and rotors front and rear, drilled and slotted, which i wanted for the sporty look. They are smaller than what is on the car. I had the vehicle apart and did not have time to reorder the product. So I had to buy locally from parts store. I have been put on hold for 15 mins at a time and then it hangs up. I spoke to a person on time, she told me she would contact me within 24 to 48 hrs. She also told me that I would have to pay for the return shipping. I trusted that the site new the correct size of product needed so I ordered in confidence that I'd be happy with the service. Well here I am, stuck with a set of rotors and pads that I can not use. And am out the money. It would be great not to have to jump through hoops to get refunded.

APRIL 5TH 2024, still no reply, still no call back. Im sitting on $300 of items that were said to fit my vehicle and it does not.

Great product, delivery time, exceptional quality

Ordered the ceramic brake pads along with the drilled/slotted rotors, and everything came in perfect condition with everything needed for oem install, great quality, and an affordable price. I’ve had them installed for about 3 months now on my G37 coupe, and have had no issues whatsoever. There’s no excessive sound and they provide sufficient stopping power. 10/10 would buy again. (Completely honest review from a broke college student that loves cars)

Beware of Auto Buffy

I ordered a part from Auto buffy when it was received it turn out to be the wrong part. I called and was told I could return it for a refund but that I would have to pay the shipping charges, I decided that I would do that and sent it back. the item was delivered to the address I was given on 2/8/24. several attempts to contact them and inquire about the refund proved unsuccessful. this is not a real company.
