Working with Saif and the Autobyte Solutions team was a learning experience on both sides. There were moments where communication across different working styles and the limitations of the Wix platform made the process more complex than anticipated. That said, Saif remained responsive, and with persistence and clarification we arrived at a final site that I am genuinely proud of. I appreciate the effort that went into seeing the project through to completion.

The 2.5 weeks turned into 5 months. And all they were hired to do was to take my 18 year old site and just duplicate it. With virtually every minor change, something else was broken. It was like a game of "Whak-a-Mole". They could not interface correctly with PayPal. For all the months, either my site was completely down or I was charging the wrong pricing and doing refunds even though the site totaled the correct value internally. There folks were stumped. I hired a local fellow out of frustration. He had the site redone and running in 10 days. I am out a pile of money to these folks. I paid half up front and they wanted the rest after the second or third month. I paid them a quarter. I doubt I will see any of it back. They are probably good for promotional sites but beware of PayPal interfacing.

Saif Ali was our lead designer and I can’t recommend him enough. He was incredibly responsive, quick with updates, and always paid attention to the smallest details. We had a lot of revisions throughout the process, and Saif never missed a step — he stayed organized, made changes fast, and kept everything looking clean and professional.

He made the entire website process smooth and stress-free, and the final result exceeded our expectations.

I was very surprised at how easy it is to work with Autobyte. The guy assigned to my account is a gentleman by the name of Jim Anderson. He has an accent and when he explains things in detail, sometimes I need to listen closely, but he is very knowledgeable and friendly and accommodating. He has not pushed back on anything that I have asked for. He has been extremely accommodating and as I maintain, very, very easy to work with. I don’t do these ratings very often but in this case, I strongly suggest you move forward and work with these people and if possible, Jim Anderson.

Auto Byte Solution web development service transformed my website into a professional, user-friendly platform. Their team was responsive, skilled, and delivered on time. I was impressed with their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my site ran seamlessly.

This company does not operate in good faith and should not be trusted. Autobyte Solution accepted payment for working on migrating our Shopify them to Shopify 2.0 and did not do the work. They came to us through Bark.com. After sending them the payment and the collaborator code, it became clear that they did not know what a collaborator code was. They had never in fact worked on Shopify. When they finally figured it out, they logged in and requested access to our financial information - a major red flag. We denied access and asked for a refund. They never returned the money despite claiming they would, telling us to be patient and wait for it. They stopped responding to emails. This became a sunk cost of 600USD but we're using the opportunity to warn others to stay away. Hire close to home friends.

I am starting a new business so I needed a logo that represents myself. While surfing through ig I found autobytesolution. I dm and the response was fast, I was unclear of what I wanted but the representative sent me a few options to get a clear view on what I wanted. I immediately saw what I loved and my logo was ready in minutes, fast, professional and very patient. I will definitely be trying out a few of their services in the future. FYI I smiles ear to ear when I saw the finished product, I am very satisfied. Thank you.

Don’t trust this company for anything else other than your logo. Do not recommend.

I had use this company several times for products with no problem. However the final product that I paid for was a business card. The font was not legible once printed on the cards because of a highlighted font. I reached out to Jay several times to correct the issue which he acknowledged that he would. It’s been about two weeks and several messages without a resolution.

I had some problems with my logo but they got fixed after i got it redesigned from them giving em 5 stars for fast work. Might hire them again for my other cannabis businesses.
