Very friendly and helpful staff, car was good money for value. The man driving us from the airport to the car pickup was a true gem: very friendly and full of helpful tips for the island!
Do not use this company. We booked car hire through Jet2. Paid up front and asked for the car to be delivered to our hotel. When the delivery driver arrived with the car and paperwork he demanded 62e extra for the delivery. Either we paid or could not have the car. In none of the paperwork or contract was a delivery charge mentioned. Apparently the manager Stefan at one of the companies hubs on Crete had instructed the delivery driver to take our money because the car had traveled 22k. Disgraceful actions as the option was pay or no car. It was completely unexpected and unpleasant.
