Imagine your parent’s totaling their new vehicle after 3 days of ownership. They are 85 and 81 years of age and are struggling to handle their own claim. The insurance provider tries to settle the claim for a thousand dollars less than they paid one week before. Robert to the rescue! He negotiated 8k more than the original settlement!
