Beyond amazing!! My insurance low balled my car value and would not budge with me at all after they totaled it. My body shop recommended I speak with Robert. After speaking with him on the phone I hired vehicle value experts immediately. Amazing customer service and very professional. It took Robert about a week and he called to let me know they got me an extra $10k. I highly recommend them!!

Great Experience!!

My car (Tesla Model X) was in an accident. I called my insurance - AllState, to get a repair shop they prefer. They sent me to a repair shop, which said they don't repair Tesla. I went to Tesla site and found a repair shop close by. I confirmed with AllState, and they said the repair shop is in thier system and will work with the repair shop directly for payments.

After a month, the repair shop came with an estimate of ~26K and AllState agreed to pay only ~16K, saying the repair shop is quoting a high price.

I reached out to Auto Claim Specialists to represent me, and invoke the third party appraisal clause. They took care of everything from start to beginning, without a dime out of my pocket.

The best thing was, the repair shop fixed my car and I picked it up even before AllState agreed to pay the 26K.

Auto claim specialists was a very professional company that gave me guidance throughout the whole process for my diminished value claim. I am very pleased will all of the interactions and responses throughout. While it is a long process, they are upfront about the expectations and there were no hidden fees or issues. I was rear-ended in my pretty new Audi Q5. The person who hit me took responsibility and her insurance company American Family paid for the repairs at the shop of my choice. However I was concerned that the accident reduced the value of my nearly new car through no fault of my own. My body shop directed me to Auto Claim Socialists to determine if I was able to get some diminished value for my car. Lawrence and Craig clearly outlined the process and balanced my expectations appropriately. With their assistance it was easy to compile the necessary documentation and they took it from there. After a few weeks American Family issued a check for diminished value over $3750. I felt very confident in the hands of the Auto Claims Specialists team and was well rewarded. I had a wonderful experience with Auto Claim Specialists. I hit a deer on November 13th, 2022. I took my car to a local body shop I trust. My first call with my insurance company, I was told that 1) the shop I chose was ridiculously overpriced 2) they had another body shop in town they work closely with, but I was free to choose who I wanted 3) if I decided to stay with my body shop, I would have to agree to pay the difference in repair costs because "they are never going to come to an agreement".
I was told about having an independent third party appraiser to help me, but since it would cost close to $1,000, my husband and I decided to try to fight with the insurance company on our own. Finally, after a month of harassments and being given the run around, and our own insurance agent saying, good luck!, on January 3rd, we decided to contact Auto Claim Specialists. They took over immediately and we did not get one more call from the insurance company. They sent out five separate letters to our insurance company requesting that they have their own appraiser look over the damages, and were completely ignored. They sent out a sixth letter saying they were going to take legal action, the insurance company finally got back to them, and we settled within a week. The claim just closed February 27th, 2023,
Our original damage estimate was $22,000. The insurance company wanted to pay $12,000. After working with Auto Claim Specialists, my car is back in factory working order. The final claim was paid at $21,000. Even though hiring Auto Claim Specialists cost us $1,200, it was well worth the peace of mind over the safety of my car and retaining it's value in the long run. I was told I should just get my car back from the shop and sell it as soon as possible, but decided to keep it after seeing the quality of work, and knowing the safety standards they complied with. (all things my insurance company said were unnecessary, even though they are covered by Texas law)
If you are having trouble with your insurance company paying what is fair to get your car back to how it was before your accident, I would highly recommend contacting Auto Claim Specialists.

I cannot thank Auto Claim Specialists enough. The people at this business truly care so much about the consumer that they will help people and give advice whether you hire them or not. They are experts in their field and truly love to ensure that consumers rights are protected. After months of trying to deal with insurance companies on my own, I did end up decided to work with Auto Claim Specialists. Thank goodness I did, because they were able to get the value of my total loss vehicle up by over 60%!!! I still cannot believe it.

Auto Claim Specialists came in and helped me with my mother’s claim during a stressful time.
Her insurance company lowballed her and wouldn’t budge even when presented with many higher priced comparables.
I was then referred to Auto Claim Specialists and it was a very smooth and easy process. I had to send one email with the info over and then they took it from there. They raised the value over 3k. I hope we don’t have to use the appraisal clause again but if we do I will 100% be using this company.

Robert did a very good job with my claim. I've been a lawyer for 25 years and my insurance required that I secure a third-party appraiser to correct their low-ball offer. Robert got them to go up to nearly the purchase price on the car we owned for only 3 weeks. He saved me several thousand dollars and made the hit less severe.
