Very happy with Autodoc
Very happy with Autodoc. I get the same parts in many cases for half the price compared to other shops. The shipping is pretty good and my experience with customer service has been good.
Offcourse starting of with AI and having to repeat yourself, when a human eventually joins the chat is a bit annoying, but that is 2025 in a nutshell.
What I dislike the most, is whenever you visit a webpage, that is connected to Autodoc. It feels like I’m gonna have a stroke with all the pop ups and redirections. It actually made me not use their shop for a long time, before I gave it a go.
