This is the worst experience of ordering in online auto parts stores, I waited for my order for a week, they constantly lied about where it was, while saying that they sent it or would send it today, in the end they just deceived me. Now the problem is to return your money, they take the money in advance and after that they do not bear any responsibility. Convenient business turns out, take the money and the abyss. I do not advise anyone to order from them, such companies should close.

Terrible Customer Service
I bought a trailer hitch from them. It didn't come with instructions or the certificate for STK. I didn't know this was necessary, this was my first time installing one in EU. So technical turned us away, I emailed Autodoc and they sent me a link to a library of manuals that didn't even contain my product. I called them and they told me it would take a week to help me out. Pretty much them telling me to take a hike. I then did my own research and found the documents I needed. If you get something and all is good fine, but if you need to go through customer service, good luck.
