Very helpful from beginning to end. Sales team not pushy at all, came and did the quote and left it with me, I said I was getting other quotes and still not pushy for the sale. Ordered a while later as I wasn’t ready for the fit, sales team came back to confirm what I wanted and to confirm measurements etc. Installers turned up on time, very polite and courteous. They did a very professional job on the installation. Worked very tidily, discussed where everything would go and just got on with it. They didn’t seem rushed or hurried to get the job done, just a thoroughly professional installation. They even used trunking for visible cables and hid as many of the cables as they could. Left the garage very clean and tidy too. Talked me through how to use the door and functions as well as the safety features etc. Altogether excellent! Door working fine so far.

From start to finish, our experience with this company has been first class. Having researched various garage doors and fitting companies extensively on-line and toured local housing areas checking out a number of installations, my wife and I decided to visit the Automated Garage Doors showroom in Norwich.

The sales manager, Ian, gave us a full demonstration of their products, was able to answer all our questions (technical and non-technical) without having to look anything up and gave us very clear information regarding the merits and demerits of each type of door. We arranged for him to come to our house to make an installation survey and, again, he explained everything very clearly. The quotation he gave us was fair and competitive from the outset. None of this ‘if you place the order today, I can give you a discount’ rubbish.

The installation was carried out on the appointed day and we were delighted with the attention to detail given by the installation team, José and Sean. The wiring was routed in a way to be almost invisible and the application of the ‘mahogany’ upvc surrounds makes it look as if the installation was built with the house. José gave me full and clear instructions on the operation and care of the door, without making anything sound complicated.

We have no hesitation in recommending Automated Garage Doors. The door we had fitted is a Garador Warm Protection Compact Roller door. It’s too early to give any meaningful appraisal, but the first impressions are very favourable. It’s neat, quiet in operation, and, as the garage is attached to the house, it enhances the visual ‘kerb-appeal’.

From start to finish I cannot fault all the people involved. The product appears to be first class however obviously only time will tell it on its longevity.The salesperson was extremely helpful and was always happy to assist in any queries I had, the installation team were highly professional in what was not a straight forward fit. I could not be more pleased.
